Analisis Faktor – Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Tandan Buah Segar di Ptpn Iv Distrik Iv

Abstract

Oil palm as one of the commodities that has an important role as the largest foreign exchange earner has an important role, so it is necessary to conduct research to determine the determinants of production that influence it. PTPN IV District IV, which is a plantation unit of a national plantation company engaged in oil palm plantations, which in its history of development, PTPN IV District IV in the last few years has experienced a downward trend in work productivity as seen from the results of the work compared to the plantation production plan. during the last 3 years, namely 2016, 2017 and 2018. This study aims to analyze the effect of land area, number of trees, number of fertilizer use, total use of insecticides and number of workers on PTPN IV District IV Fresh Fruit Bunches (TBS) production. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique was done by means of observation and questionnaires using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the Variable Land Area (X₁ ), Number of Plants (X₂ ), Total Fertilizer Consumption (X₃ ), Total Insecticide (X₄ ), and Total Labor (X₅ ) together have a positive and significant effect on the number of bunches production. Fresh Fruit in PTPN IV District IV plant afdeling, where 94.6% of the total production of Fresh Fruit Bunches is influenced by variables of Land Area (X₁ ), Number of Plants (X₂ ), Total Fertilizer Consumption (X₃ ), Amount of Insecticide (X₄ ), and Amount of Energy Work (X₅ ) and the remaining 5.4% are influenced by variables outside the study. The factor of the most influential variable in increasing the production of Fresh Fruit Bunches in PTPN IV District IV is the number of workers.

Kelapa sawit sebagai salah satu komoditas yang memiliki peranan penting sebagai penghasil devisa negara terbesar memiliki peranan yang penting sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penentu produksi yang mempengaruhinya. PTPN IV Distrik IV yang merupakan suatu unit kebun dari perusahaan perkebunan nasional yang bergerak di bidang perkebunan sawit yang dalam sejarah perkembangannya, PTPN IV Distrik IV dalam beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami trend penurunan produktivitas kerja yang dilihat dari capaian dari hasil kerja dibandingkan dengan rencana produksi kebun tersebut selama periode 3 tahun terakhir yakni 2016, 2017 dan 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari luas lahan, jumlah pohon, jumlah pemakaian pupuk, jumlah penggunaan insektisida dan jumlah tenaga kerja terhadap produksi Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) PTPN IV Distrik IV. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Luas Lahan (X₁ ), Jumlah Tanaman (X₂ ), Jumlah Konsumsi Pupuk (X₃ ), Jumlah Insektisida (X₄ ), dan Jumlah Tenaga Kerja (X₅ ) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah produksi Tandan Buah Segar pada Afdeling tanaman PTPN IV Distrik IV , dimana 94.6% jumlah produksi Tandan Buah Segar di pengaruhi oleh variabel Luas Lahan (X₁ ), Jumlah Tanaman (X₂ ), Jumlah Konsumsi Pupuk (X₃ ), Jumlah Insektisida (X₄ ), dan Jumlah Tenaga Kerja (X₅ ) dan sisanya 5,4% di pengaruhi oleh variabel diluar penelitian. Faktor dari variabel yang paling berpengaruh dalam peningkatan produksi Tandan Buah Segar di PTPN IV Distrik IV adalah Jumlah Tenaga Kerja. Kata
