    Pengaruh Job Insecurity dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kesejahteraan Psikologis Karyawan Outsourcing

    Abstract
    The era of the industrial revolution is growing from time to time. PT. INALUM (Persero) is one of the companies in the aluminum smelting sector in Indonesia that continues to make changes. Changes made by the company can be successful if the people involved in the company support the change process. Outsourcing employees are also people involved in the company and need attention from the psychological well-being side. This study aims to analyze the effect of job insecurity and organizational climate on psychological well-being. Subjects in this study were 162 outsourcing employees at PT. INALUM (Persero). This Study uses three scales, namely the psychological well-being scale, the job insecurity scale and the organizational climate scale. The data obtained were the analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that job insecurity and organizational climate had an effect on psychological well-being (R = .560 ; F = 36.386 ; p < .05) with an effective contribution of 31,4 % (R2 = .314 ). The implication of this research can provide an overview to the company that to improve the psychological well-being of outsourcing employees can be done by paying attention to job insecurity and organizational climate of the outsourcing employees.
     
    Era revolusi industri semakin berkembang dari waktu ke waktu. PT. INALUM (Persero) merupakan salah satu perusahaan dibidang peleburan aluminium di Indonesia yang terus melakukan perubahan. Perubahan-perubahan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan bisa berhasil apabila pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam perusahaan mendukung proses perubahan tersebut. Karyawan outsourcing juga merupakan pihak yang terlibat dalam perusahaan dan perlu mendapatkan perhatian dari sisi kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job insecurity dan iklim organisasi terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 162 orang karyawan outsourcing di PT. INALUM (Persero). Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga skala yaitu skala kesejahteraan psikologis, skala job insecurity dan skala iklim organisasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis (R = .560 ; F = 36.386; p = < .05) dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 31.4 % (R2 = .314 ). Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran kepada perusahaan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan outsourcing dapat dilakukan dengan memperhatikan job insecurity dan iklim organisasi karyawan outsourcing.
