Modification of the semi-mechanical seed planting tool is the addition of a fertilization system to the tool which aims to maximize the performance of the tool in the planting process by taking into account the level of uniformity of seed and fertilizer output released by the tool. This research was conducted on 5m x 5m land by dividing the land into 5 beds and then tested using corn seeds and granular fertilizer. The parameters studied were the working capacity of the tools, the percentage of uniformity of the number of seeds that fell and the percentage of the uniformity of the amount of fertilizer that fell. The value of the working capacity of the tools obtained is 0.167 ha / hour. The percentage of seed uniformity obtained without using land was 95% and the percentage of seed uniformity using land was 93%. The percentage of uniformity of the amount of fertilizer obtained was 91.3%. Modifikasi pada alat penanam benih semi mekanis berupa penambahan sistem pemupukan pada alat yang bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan kinerja alat dalam proses penanaman dengan memperhitungkat tingkat keseragaman keluaran benih dan pupuk yang dikeluarkan oleh alat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada lahan 5m x 5m dengan membagi lahan menjadi 5 bedengan kemudian dilakukan pengujian menggunakan benih jagung dan pupuk granula. Parameter yang diteliti adalah kapasitas kerja alat, persentase keseragaman jumlah benih yang jatuh dan persentase keseragaman jumlah pupuk yang jatuh. Nilai kapasitas kerja alat yang didapat yaitu sebesar 0,167 ha/jam. Persentase keseragaman benih yang didapat tanpa menggunaka lahan sebesar 95% dan persentase keseragaman benih dengan menggunakan lahan sebesar 93%. Persentase keseragaman jumlah pupuk yang didapat sebesar 91,3%.
