    Peningkatan Sifat Penginderaan Sensor Aseton Berbasis Film Tipis Kitosan dengan Penambahan Zinc Oxide (ZnO)

    Abstract
    Perbaikan film kitosan sebagai sensor aseton dilakukan untuk meningkatkan karakteristik film kitosan baik kondisi fisis ataupun sifat listriknya. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penambahan bahan ZnO dengan variasi 0,1%, 0,5%, 1%, 1,5%. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan memaparkan gas aseton dengan konsentrasi 0,5 ppm, 1 ppm, 1,5 ppm, 2 ppm, 2,5 ppm dan 3 ppm. Dari hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan film kitosan dengan penambahan 1,5% ZnO menunjukkan performa yang paling optimal dengan karakteristik nilai respon untuk konsentrasi 0,5 ppm sebesar 53,95% dan respon untuk konsentrasi 3 ppm mencapai 144,54%, serta nilai liniearitas yang mencapai 0,9328 mengindikasikan bahwa penambahan ZnO dapat meningkatkan performa film kitosan.
     
    Improvement of chitosan film as an acetone sensor is done to improve the characteristics of chitosan film both physical conditions and electrical properties. In this study, the addition of ZnO material with variations of 0.1%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%. This test is carried out by exposing acetone gas with a concentration of 0.5 ppm, 1 ppm, 1.5 ppm, 2 ppm, 2.5 ppm and 3 ppm. The results showed that chitosan film with the addition of 1.5% ZnO showed the most optimal performance with the characteristic response value for a concentration of 0.5 ppm of 53.95% and the response for a concentration of 3 ppm reached 144.54%, and the linearity value reaching 0.9328 indicates that the addition of ZnO can improve the performance of chitosan films.
