dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of System Quality, Service Quality, Information Quality, Ease to Use, and Security Control on User Satisfaction of the C2C E-Commerce-based Accounting Information System among FEB USU Undergraduate Students. The main theory used in this research is DeLone McLean IS Success Model which used several aspects as an indicators of great system. The research approach is quantitative with the type of causal associative research. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra 2017-2020 with a sample size of 379 students. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents The results of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously the variables System Quality, Service Quality, Information Quality, Ease to Use, and Security Control have a positive and significant effect on the User Satisfaction variable. Then, from the results of coefficient determination it can be seen that the entire independent variable has an influence of 29.9% on the dependent variable and the 70.1% remaining was influenced by other variables outside this research.en_US
dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh System Quality, Service Quality, Information Quality, Ease to Use, dan Security Control terhadap User Satisfaction Sistem Informasi Akuntansi berbasis C2C E-Commerce di kalangan Mahasiswa FEB USU. Teori utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori kesuksesan sistem informasi Delone dan McLean yang menggunakan beberapa aspek sebagai indikasi keberhasilan suatu sistem. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sumatera Utara Angkatan 2017-2020 dengan jumlah sampel 379 Mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pembagian kuisioner kepada responden Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel System Quality, Service Quality, Information Quality, Ease to Use, dan Security Control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel User Satisfaction. Kemudian, dari hasil koefisien determinasi terlihat bahwasanya keseluruhan variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh sebesar 29.9% terhadap variabel terikat dan 70.1% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel di luar penelitian ini.en_US
