Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Atasan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Komitmen Affective Pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Umum Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study and analyze the influence of superior leadership and job motivation to the affective commitment of employee at General Hospital of Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam. The applied method in this research is survey approach and this research is a quantitative descriptive study as descriptive explanatory study. The method of data analysis applied in this research is a multi linear regression using SPSS software. The results of research indicates that there is a positive and significant correlation between the Leadership of Superior and Job Motivation simultaneously to the Affective commitment of employee at General Hospital of Deli Serdang Lubukl Pakam, there is a positive and significant correlation of leadership of superior and job motivation to the affective commitment of employee at General Hospital of Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam. The determination coefficient (R2 ) of superior leadership and job motivation able to describe affective commitment variable of employee at General Hospital of Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam for 74.5% and its remains for 25.5% is described by other independent variables has not yet studied. It hopes the employee obey the rule based on the leadership policy of superior. The General Hospital of Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam must pay attention to the work of employee. And the employee must increase their affective commitment to the General Hospital

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan atasan dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen affective Pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Umum Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan survey, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksplanatory. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan Kepemimpinan atasan dan Motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap komitmen affective pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Umum Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam, adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan secara masing-masing kepemimpinan atasan dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen affective pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Umum Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam. Koefisien determinasi (R2 ) dari kepemimpinan atasan dan motivasi kerja mampu menjelaskan variabel komitmen affective pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Umum Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam . sebesar 74,5% dan sisanya sebesar 25,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas lainnya yang belum diteliti. Diharapkan pegawai harus mematuhui peraturan sesuai dengan kebijakan yang dilakukan kepemimpinan atasan.Diharapkan kepada Rumah Sakit Umum Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam tetap memperhatikan dengan baik segala bentuk pekerjaan yang dilakukan pegawai. Diharapkan pegawai dapat meningkatkan komitmen affective pada Rumah Sakit Umum.
