Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia

Abstract

The research aims at analysing factor wich influence the economic growth in Indonesia during 1984 – 2005. These factors cousist of consumption (LCM), investment (LI), net export (LNX), and dummy, accounted before and after the monetary crisis of 1997. By the use of OLS, this research show that Indonesia economic growth during 1984 – 2005, more affected by the consumption and investment, in compare with the net export. This could be traced from the regression estimation result that consumption and investment positively and significantly influence the economic growth, while net export even it was positively correlated but statisticaly not significant. Dummy variabel show a different infact on Indonesia economic growth, before and after the monetary crisis.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia selama kurun waktu 1984 – 2005. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tersebut adalah konsumsi masyarakat (LCM), investasi (LI), ekspor neto (LNX), dan dummy variabel sebelum dan sesudah krisis moneter (Dm). Dengan menggunakan OLS, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia selama periode 1984 – 2005 lebih dipengaruhi oleh konsumsi masyarakat dan investasi dibandingkan dengan ekspor neto. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil estimasi bahwa variabel konsumsi masyarakat dan investasi memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, sedangkan variabel ekspor neto berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan secara statistik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Sementara itu variabel dummy sebelum dan sesudah krisis moneter memperlihatkan adanya perbedaan yang nyata dalam mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia.
