The main purpose of this research is to know about and if the influence in domestic rate of interest (IR) and Influence National Income (NI) to demand investment in Indonesian, of good the thing which Domestic Investment (DI) interest of the fact Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). This research is implementation in Indonesian made used of secondary data, which was annual report period 1985-2005, which collecting process was done by the Institution Center Statistic (BPS) Indonesian and Indonesian Bank (BI) involved in this research. Model used was econometric and it is analyzed by using with methods Ordinary Least Square (OLS), by way of used the program eviews 4.1. The pursuant to result estimate, of this research showed that the variable In domestic Rate of Interest (IR) has influencing with owning negative and significant statistically to investment demand in Indonesian for a while variable National Income having and effect on positive and significant statistically to investment demand Indonesian. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Suku Bunga Dalam Negeri (IR) dan Pengaruh Pendapatan Nasional (NI) terhadap Permintaan Investasi di Indonesia, baik yang dilakukan Penanam Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) maupun Penanam Modal Asing (PMA). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan data sekunder dengan runtun waktu 1985 – 2005, yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Indonesia dan Bank Indonesia (BI). Model analisis data adalah model ekonometrika dengan metode persamaan Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dengan mempergunakan program eviews 4.1 sebagai pengolah data penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil estimasi, bahwa Suku Bunga Dalam Negeri (IR) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap permintaan investasi di Indonesia. Adapun Pendapatan Nasional (NI) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap permintaan investasi di Indonesia.
