    Analisis Kualitas Air Sungai Rampah Secara Biologis Akibat dari Pembuangan Limbah Pabrik Tepung Tapioka

    Abstract
    Research Target for the substance of input and consideration for Institution of taker of decision and party which have competence in management irrigate in the case of quality stipulating irrigate the river, despitefully upon which spreader of information concerning method Biologics as alternative method in determining contamination level irrigate the river also method biologics expected by to be one of reference in quality stipulating irrigate the river. Method parameter by Biologics this cover the Population Density, Density Relative, Make An Index To The Diversity (Diversities), Make An Index To The Equitabilities, Make An Index To The Equality (Similarities Sorensen), Attendance Frequency. For the measurement of the nature of Fisika-Kimia consisted of the air temperature, brightness, Current speed, Wide of River, River Deepness, pH, DO, BOD, COD,TTS And CN. As factor of day comparator of result of research by Biologist is used by method STORET (Lead of MENLH No 115 Year 2003 Date of 10 JULI2003) From research result obtained that by Biologics, location I in countryside Senayan (before stream of waste of factory I / pate) pertained Light Impure, Location II in countryside Senayan (after stream of factory waste I) pertained Light Impure, location of III of Paradise countryside (after stream of waste of factory of I and II) pertained Light Impure, and also location IV in Paradise countryside (after stream of waste of factory I, II, and III) pertained Impure. For the method of Chemical (STORET) as comparator factor obtained, for the location of I is not Impure (under permanent quality of PP No: 82 Year 2001), location II pertained Light Impure, location III pertained Light Impure and location IV pertained Impure.
     
    Tujuan penelitian untuk bahan masukan dan pertimbangan bagi Insitusi pengambil keputusan dan pihak yang berkompeten dalam pengelolaan air dalam hal penetapan kualitas air sungai, disamping itu sebagai bahan penyebar luasan informasi mengenai metode Biologis sebagai metode altemalif dalam menentukan tingkat pencemaran air sungai juga metode biologis diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu acuan dalam penetapan kualitas air sungai. Parameter metode secara Biologis ini meliputi Kepadatan Populasi, Kepadatan Relatif, Indeks Keaneka Ragaman ( Diversitas ), Indeks Equitabilitas, Indeks Kesamaan (Similaritas Sorensen), Frekwensi Kehadiran. Untuk pengukuran sifat Fisika-Kimia terdiri dari suhu udara, Kecerahan, Kecepatan Arus, Lebar Sungai, Kedalaman Sungai, pH, DO, BOD, COD, TSS dan CN. Sebagai faktor pembanding dari hasil penelitian secara Biologis digunakan metode STORET ( Kep MENLH No.115 Tahun 2003 Tanggal 10 Juli 2003 ). Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa secara Biologis, lokasi I didesa Senayan (sebelum aliran limbah pabrik I/hulu ) tergolong Cemar Ringan, Lokasi II di desa Senayan (setelah aliran limbah pabrik I) tergolong Cemar Ringan, lokasi III di desa Firdaus ( setelah aliran limbah pabrik I dan II ) tergolong Cemar Ringan, serta lokasi IV di desa Firdaus ( setelah aliran limbah pabrik I, II dan III ) tergolong Cemar Sedang. Untuk metode Kimia ( STORET ) sebagai faktor pembanding diperoleh, untuk lokasi I Tidak Tercemar ( dibawah baku mutu PP No : 82 Tahun 2001), lokasi II tergolong Cemar Ringan, lokasi III tergolong Cemar Ringan dan lokasi IV tergolong Cemar Sedang.
