Pengaruh Pemberian Kredit terhadap Omset Usaha Kecil Mikro Kota Medan

Abstract

The aim of the study was to know the influence of giving credit on the turnover of micro/small businesses in Medan. The variable which influenced the giving of credit to the turnover of micro/small businesses in Medan was initial capital, work experience, level of education, giving credit, and turnover of micro/small businesses.The research used Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method, using multiple regression equation tests. The population was 44 units of micro/small businesses, and 30 of them were used as the samples. The data used in this study were primary data,The result of the study showed that four variables Initial Capital, Work Experience, Level of Education, Giving Credit, Turnover had significant influence on the turnover of micro/small businesses in Medan, and the variable of work experience had dominant influence on the turnover of micro/small businesses in Medan.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pengaruh pemberian kredit terhadap omset usaha kecil mikro di Kota Medan. Variabel yang mempengaruhi pemberian kredit terhadap omset usaha kecil mikro di Kota Medan adalah modal awal, pengalaman kerja, tingkat pendidikan, pemberian kredit dan omset usaha kecil mikro.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi berganda, populasi 44 unit usaha kecil mikro, sampel 30 unit usaha kecil mikro, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adala data primer. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa 4 variabel modal awal, pengalaman kerja, tingkat pendidikan, pemberian kredit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap omset usaha kecil mikro di Kota Medan dan dalam penelitian ini bahwa variabel pengalaman kerja berpengaruh dominan terhadap omset usaha kecil mikro di Kota Medan.
