dc.description.abstract | The effect of adding 2,4 – Diclorophenoxyacetic Acid (2,4-D) On The genetic changes organogenesis of oil palm based on Simple Sequence Repeats (SSR) markers has been done at Genetic Laboratory and Plant Tissue Culture of Faculty Mathematics and Science, University of Sumatera Utara. The experimental design was completely randomized with four levels of 2,4-D concentrations; 0 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 115 mg/L, 120 mg/L, 135 mg/L, and 140 mg/L. The statistical analysis showed that 100 mg/L of 2,4-D significantly affected the initiation organ. dc.description.abstract | Penelitian mengenai efek penambahan 2,4-D terhadap perubahan genetik organogenesis dari kultur suspensi kelapa sawit berdasarkan marka SSR telah dilakukan dari bulan April 2015 hingga Desember 2015 di Laboratorium Genetika dan Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan Tumbuhan, Departemen Biologi FMIPA Universitas Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh 2,4-D terhadap perubahan genetik organogenesis kelapa sawit. Konsentrasi ZPT 2,4-D yang digunakan untuk induksi organ yaitu 0 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 115 mg/L, 120 mg/L, 135 mg/L, dan 140 mg/L. Hasil analisis menunjukkan organ pertama kali tumbuh pada perlakuan 100 mg/L. Analisis perubahan genetik dengan teknik SSR dengan 8 primer menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi 2,4-D dapat menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan genetik pada organogenesis kelapa sawit. | en_US |
