dc.description.abstract | This paper is presented a model to deal with heterogeneity due to observable variables in modeling personnel systems. For a manpower system, a model based on personnel profiles is introduced. The proposed algorithm concerns an analysis of the evolution of personnel profiles under time-discrete Markov a ssumptions. In this way, based on an historical personnel database, the estimation of transition probabilities of profiles as well as the computation of forecasts on the evolution of the manpower system can be found. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Tesis ini mengajukan suatu metode untuk mengatasi heterogenitas personil calon tenaga kerja, berdasarkan variabel-variabel yang diperoleh dalam sistem database personalia. Untuk sistem tenaga kerja, diperkenalkan model yang didasarkan pada profil personil calon tenaga kerja. Algoritma yang diajukan terfokus pada analisa evolusi profil personil dengan asumsi Markov waktu-diskrit. Dengan cara ini, berdasarkan catatan database personil, taksiran probabilitas transisi profil dan juga penghitungan ramalan atas evolusi sistem tenaga kerja dapat ditentukan. | en_US |
