    Analisis Senyawa Kimia Minyak Atsiri Daun Kari (Murraya Koenigii L.) dengan Gc – Ms dan Uji Aktivitas Anti Bakteri

    Abstract
    The research was conducted with the scale of laboratore. The object of this research was fresh curry leave (Murraya koenigii L). The treatment done was to isolatethe essential oil of curry leave though water distillation. To analyzed chemical components was done with mass Spectofometry – gas Cromatography. The result of gas cromatography showed 9 apexes meaning that the essential oil of curry leave. Based on analysis with spectrofotometry mass inducted that chemical compound in essential oil curry leave as follows: trans-caryophyllene (29,19%), Caryophyllene oxide (21,94%), Germacrene-A (11,40%), trans-caryophyllene (7,46%), α-Humulene (5,49%), Veridiflorol (4,22%), Sabinene (3,94%), β - Elemene (3,61%), dan Spiro 4,5 decane (3,35%). Based on the result of test activity anti bactery which done to three bacteria in jact as follows: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhi, it gave the positive result.
     
    Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan skala laboratorium. Sebagai bahan penelitian digunakan daun kari (Murraya koenigii L) yang segar. Perlakuan yang dilakukan yaitu mengisolasi minyak atsiri daun kari, ini dilakukan dengan cara destilasi air (hidrodestilasi). Untuk menganalisa komponen-komponen kimia dilakukan dengan kromatografi gas – spektrofotometri massa. Hasil kromatografi gas menunjukkan adanya 9 puncak, yang berarti kandungan dari minyak atsiri daun kari. Berdasarkan analisis (identifikasi) dengan spektrofotometri massa didapatkan senyawa – senyawa kimia minyak daun kari adalah sebagai berikut : trans-kariofilen (29,19%), kariofilen oksida (21,94%), Germacrena-A (11,40%), trans-kariofilen (7,46%), α-Humulena (5,49%), Veridiflorol (4,22%), Sabinena (3,94%), β - Elemena (3,61%), dan Spiro 4,5 decana (3,35%). Berdasarkan hasil uji anti bakteri yang dilakukan terhadap 3 bakteri yaitu Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli dan Salmonella typhi, ternyata memberikan hasil yang positif.
