dc.description.abstractPKS (Oil Palm Plant) Rambutan PTPN III is the processing plant of TBS (fresh fruit racemes) which is processed to be CPO (Crude Palm Oil) and oil palm kernels. It has installed capacity of 30 tons of TBS per hour. Within 6 years, from 2008 to 2013, processed industry was inclined to decrease because of the lack of TBS supply. The average production of TBS per day was around 540 tons, while the plant was only able to process around 750 tons per day. The used-up utility was only 70% to 80% while the minimum target of the utility was 90%. Descriptive analysis of Food Supply Chain Networking (FSCN) was conducted to describe the link of TBS supply. The discussion on the management of the link of TBS supply would analyze some aspects such as link target, link structure, link management, link resources, link business process, and link supply performance analysis. The logistic aspect was based on the availability of TBS from the supply plantation. The objective of the research was to design the supply of component part of TBS in PTPN III PKS Rambutan to meet the plant installed capacity of 30 tons of TBS per hour, based on the calculated projection of the availability of TBS from the supplying plantation. Calculating the supply of TBS was based on the supply from eight supplying plantations. The calculation was based on land area, average life of plants, density per hectare, and land class. The data revealed that the variable of the average life of plants in the eight plantations was 49 years of plant life with the variation of 17 years. All plantations have the same land class; they were S2 land classes. The result of the analysis of the calculation for production in the period of 2014-2018 showed that the production was 254,762 tons, 249,198 tons, 244,400 tons, 236,120 tons, and 227,553 tons. Based on the processed target of 92% of plant utility, it was sufficient to meet the plant capacity of 92% within three years, and 2017 the supply would not be sufficient to meet plant capacity so that addition from the third party would be needed. The production of TBS from its own plantation decreased 3% each year, based on the composition of adolescent oil palms of 38.55%, young oil palm of 6.99%, and old oil palm of 54.4%. From the composition, it could be found that the composition was not balanced in which the production of adolescent oil palms would increase, the production of young oil palms would be maximum, and the production of old oil palms would decrease.en_US
dc.description.abstractPKS Rambutan PTPN III merupakan Pabrik Pengolahan Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) menjadi CPO dan Inti Sawit. Memiliki kapasitas terpasang sebesar 30 Ton TBS per Jam. Selama kurun waktu 6 tahun, sejak tahun 2008 hingga tahun 2013 produksi olah cenderung menurun hal ini akibat pasokan TBS yang kurang. Rata- rata penerimaan TBS perhari hanya sekitar 540 ton TBS, sedangkan pabrik mampu untuk mengolah hingga 750 Ton TBS perhari. Utilitas yang terpakai hanya sekitar 70% hingga 80%. Sedangkan sasaran minimum utilitas nya adalah 90%. Analisis deskriptif Food Supply Chain Networking (FSCN) dilakukan untuk menggambarkan Rantai Pasokan TBS, Pembahasan mengenai manajemen rantai pasokan TBS akan menganalisis beberapa aspek yakni sasaran rantai, struktur rantai, manajemen rantai, sumberdaya rantai, proses bisnis rantai, serta analisis kinerja rantai pasokan. Aspek logistik didasarkan pada ketersediaan TBS dari kebun pemasok. Tujuan akhir penelitian ini merancang pemenuhan pasokan bahan baku TBS di PTPN III PKS Rambutan untuk memenuhi kapasitas terpasang pabrik sebesar 30 ton TBS Per Jam berdasarkan proyeksi perhitungan ketersediaan TBS dari kebun pemasok. Menghitung ketersediaan TBS berdasarkan pasokan yang berasal dari delapan kebun pemasok. Perhitungan didasarkan atas luas lahan, umur tanaman, kerapatan per hektar dan kelas lahan. Dari data diperoleh variabel umur tanaman untuk delapan kebun sebanyak 49 umur tanaman dengan variasi tahun sebanyak 17 tahun. Seluruh kebun memiliki kelas lahan yang sama yaitu kelas S2. Dari hasil analisis perhitungan produksi diperoleh pada tahun 2014 -2018 sebesar 254.762 ton, 249.198 ton, 244.400 ton, 236.120 ton, 227.553 ton. Berdasarkan target olah sebanyak 92% utilitas pabrik, cukup untuk memenuhi kapasitas pabrik sebesar 92% selama 3 tahun dan ditahun 2017 pasokan sudah tidak mencukupi untuk memenuhi kapasitas pabrik, sehinga diperlukan tambahan dari pihak III. Produksi TBS dari kebun sendiri menurun sebesar 3% setiap tahun, berdasarkan komposisi tanaman sawit remaja sebesar 38,55%, sedangkan pada sawit muda sebesar 6,99% dan pada sawit dewasa sebesar 54,45%. Dari komposisi tanaman terlihat tidak seimbang dimana sawit produksi sawit remaja akan naik, produksi sawit muda akan maksimum dan produksi sawit dewasa akan menurun.en_US
