    Pengaruh Latihan Senam Aerobik pada Suhu yang Berbeda terhadap Kebugaran Jasmani diukur berdasarkan Kapasitas Vo2 Maks (Eksperimen pada Mahasiswa FMIPA UNIMED Medan Usia 18- 20 Tahun, dengan Latihan Senam Aerobik High Impactdan Low Impact)

    Abstract
    This research is aimed to explain (1) the effect of aerobic gymnastics on physical fitness, (2) the effect of temperatures on physical fitness, and (3) the effect of aerobic gymnastics interaction and temperature on physical fitness. Besides, by these objectives, this research eventually will explain the forms of gymnastics and which better temperature conditions will be used in the activity of aerobic gymnastics to produce better physical fitness. This research was performed at the Physic Laboratory of Faculty of Sports, State Medan University (UNIMED) with the population of 150 female university students in the academic years of 2000/200 I with a sample of 32 persons which were taken using Purposive Sampling technique continued with Random Sampling. The data of this research were obtained with “treadmill” instrument using Ross Jackson formula as a medium for the calculation of maximal oxygen volume (VO2max) . Further, the data of this research were analyzed using descriptive statistic, bidirectional variance analysis, and Newman-Keuls span-test. This research produced the following: (1) there is a significant effect of aerobic gymnastics on physical fitness, (2) there is a significant effect of temperatures when the activity of aerobic gymnastic is performed on physical fitness, and (3) there is not any effect of interaction between aerobic gymnastics and temperatures on physical fitness. From the results of Newman-Keuls span-test, this research produced the following findings: (l)high impact aerobic gymnastics at temperatures without AC produces better physical fitness than low impact aerobic gymnastics at air conditioned temperatures, (2) high impact aerobic gymnastics at temperatures without AC produces better physical fitness than high impact aerobic gymnastics at air-conditioned temperatures, (3) high impact aerobic gymnastics on temperatures without AC produces better physical fitness than low impact aerobic gymnastics on temperatures without AC, (4) there is not any significant difference of physical fitness between low impact aerobic gymnastics at temperatures without AC and high impact aerobic gymnastics at air-conditioned temperatures, (5) there is not any significant difference of physical fitness between low impact aerobic gymnastics at temperatures without AC and low impact aerobic gymnastics at air-conditioned temperatures, and (6) there is not any significant difference of physical fitness between high impact aerobic gymnastics at temperatures without AC and low impact aerobic gymnastics at air-conditioned temperatures.
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan (1) pengaruh senam aerobic terhadap kebugaran jasmani, (2) pengaruh suhu terhadap kebugaran jasmani, dan (3) pengaruh interaksi senam aerobik dan suhu terhadap kebugaran jasmani. Di samping itu, melalui tujuan-tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini juga pada akhirnya akan menjelaskan bentuk senam dan keadaan suhu mana yang lebih baik digunakan dalam kegiatan senam aerobik untuk menghasilkan kebugaran jasmani yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Fisik Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Medan (UNIMED) dengan populasi sebanyak 150 orang mahasiswa wanita angkatan 2000 s/d 2001 dan sampel sebanyak 32 orang yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dilanjutkan dengan Random Sampling. Data penelitian drperoleh dengan instrumen "treadmill" dengan menggunakan formula Ross-Jackson sebagai alat bantu perhitungan volume oksigen maksirnal (VO2 maks). Selanjutnya data penelitian dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, analisis varians (ANA VA) dua arah, dan uji rentang Newman-Keuls. Penelitian menghasilkan hal-hal sebagai berikut : (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan senam aerobik terhadap kebugaran jasmani, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan keadaan suhu pada saat senam aerobik terhadap kebugaran jasmani, dan (3) tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara senam aerobik dan suhu terhadap kebugaran jasmani. Dari hasil uji rentang Newman-Keuls, penelitian menghasilkan temuan sebagai berikut : (1) senam aerobik high impact pada suhu tanpa AC menghasilkan kebugaran jasmani yang lebih baik dibanding senam aerobik low impact pada suhu her-AC, (2) senam aerobik high impact pada suhu tanpa AC menghasilkan kebugaran jasmani yang Iebih baik dibanding senam aerobik high impact pada suhu ber-AC, (3) senam aerobik high impact pada suhu tanpa AC menghasilkan kebugaran jasmani yang lebih baik dibanding scnam aerobik low impact pada suhu tanpa AC, (4) tidak ada perbedaan kebugaran jasmani yang signiflkan antara senam aerobik low impact pada suhu tanpa AC dcngan scnam aerobik high impact pada suhu ber-AC, (5) tidak ada pcrbedaan kebugaran jasmani yang signifikan antara senam aerobik low impact pada suhu tanpa AC dengan senam aerobik low impact pada suhu ber-AC, dan (6) tidak ada perbedaan kebugaran jasmani yang signifikan antara senam aerobik high Impact pada suhu ber-AC dengan senam aerobik low impact pada suhu ber-AC.
