Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Usahatani Jambu Biji (Psidium Guajava) di Desa Telaga Sari Kecamatan Sunggal Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Embriana Fitri Risandi (177039021) with the thesis title, “Analysis Of Factors That Influence The Farmers income Of Guava (Psidium Guajava) Farming in Telaga Sari Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency. The writing of this thesis was supervised by Mr. Dr. Ir. Rahmanta, M.Si as the Chairperson of the Advisory Commission and Dr. Ir. Salmiah, M.S. as a member of the Advisory Committee. Telaga Sari Village, Sunggal District is one of the guava producing areas in North Sumatra. Guava production in Telaga Sari Village has fluctuated in production over the last five years. This will affect the income of guava farmers. There are several factors that affect the income of guava farmers in the research area including the cost of insecticides (X1), fertilizer costs (X2), labor costs (X3), land rental costs (X4), and the selling price of guava (X5). The purpose of this study is to explain the income of guava farmers in the research area, explain the level of Break Even Point and analyze the factors that affect the income of guava farming in the research area. Methods of data analysis using farm analysis, namely revenue, total costs and farm income, analysis of the breakeven point (BEP) and multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that guava farming in the research area had a large income, BEP production production in the research area, BEP price selling price in the research area, and including the cost of insecticides (X1), fertilizer costs (X2), labor costs ( X3), land rental costs (X4), and selling price of guava (X5) have a positive effect on the income of guava farmers in the research area.

Desa Telaga Sari, Kecamatan Sunggal merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil jambu biji di Sumatera Utara. Produksi jambu biji Desa Telaga Sari mengalami fluktuasi produksi selama lima tahun terakhir. Hal ini akan memepengaruhi pendapatan petani jambu biji. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani jambu biji didaerah penelitian diantaranya biaya insektisida (X1), biaya pupuk (X2), Biaya Tenaga Kerja (X3), biaya sewa lahan(X4), dan harga jual jambu biji (X5). Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pendapatan petani jambu biji di daerah penelitian, menganalisis tingkat Break Even Point dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan usahatani jambu biji di daerah penelitian. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis usahatani yaitu penerimaan, total biaya dan pendapatan usahatani, analisis titik impas (BEP) dan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ushatani jambu biji didaerah penelitian memiliki pendapatan yang besar, Nilai BEP produksi < produksi di daerah penelitian, Nilai BEP harga < harga jual, serta diantaranya biaya insektisida (X1), biaya pupuk (X2), Biaya Tenaga Kerja (X3), biaya sewa lahan(X4), dan harga jual jambu biji (X5) berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan petani jambu biji didaerah penelitian.
