    Abstract
    The role of education personnel is very large, especially to support and improve education in development, then employee satisfaction education can be improved by universities, so as to produce benefits for society as well as benefits within the organization. Ability to managing and developing higher education is felt to be very necessary, including improving the performance of education personnel, because currently many education staff who work in universities have not shown their feelings job satisfaction, this can be seen as a lack of organizational attention. Job satisfaction in the organization is the impact or result of the effectiveness of performance and success at work. Low job satisfaction is a series of decreased performance of tasks to work, increased absenteeism and decline in organizational morale, while at the individual level, dissatisfaction work, is associated with increased work stress, and the emergence of various psychological and physical problems. The method in this study is a survey approach, this type of research is descriptive quantitative. The method of data collection is done by registering questions and study documentation. Analysis method data using linear regression multiple.Results show individual factors, . factors social and the main factors together affect job satisfaction Education Personnel at the Central Administration Bureau, University of Sumatra North. Partially individual factors have a positive effect and significant to the Job Satisfaction of Education Personnel, partially social factors have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction Education and partially the main factors have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of education personnel at the Central Bureau Administration of the University of North Sumatra.
     
    Peran tenaga kependidikan sangatlah besar, terutama untuk mendukung dan meningkatkan pendidikan dalam pembangunan, maka kepuasan tenaga kependidikan dapat ditingkatkan oleh Perguruan Tinggi, sehingga menghasilkan manfaat buat masyarakat maupun manfaat dalam organisasi. Kemampuan untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan perguruan tinggi dirasakan sangat perlu, termasuk meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan, karena saat ini banyak tenaga kependidikan yang bekerja di perguruan tinggi belum menujukkan rasa kepuasan bekerja, hal ini terlihat kurangnya perhatian organisasi.Kepuasan kerja dalam organisasi merupakan dampak atau hasil dari keefektifan performance dan kesuksesan dalam bekerja. Kepuasan kerja yang rendah adalah rangkaian dari menurunnya pelaksanaan tugas untuk bekerja, meningkatnya absensi dan penurunan moral organisasi, Sedangkan pada tingkat individu, ketidakpuasan kerja, berkaitan dengan meningkatnya stress kerja, dan munculnya berbagai masalah psikologis dan fisik. Metodedalam penelitian inidenganpendekatan survey, jenispenelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif.Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengandaftar pertanyaandan studi dokumentasi. Metode analisis datadenganmenggunakanregresi linear berganda.Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanfaktor individu, faktor sosialdanfaktorutamasecara bersama-sama berpengaruhterhadapkepuasan Kerja Tenaga Kependidikanpada Biro Pusat Administrasi Universitas Sumatera Utara.Secara parsialfaktorindividu berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadapkepuasan Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan, secara parsial faktorsosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadapkepuasan Kerja Tenaga Kependidikandansecara parsial faktorutama berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadapkepuasan Kerja Tenaga Kependidikanpada Biro Pusat Administrasi Universitas Sumatera Utara.
