Karakteristik Retinopati Hipertensi di RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan Periode Januari-Desember 2012

Abstract

Hypertension is a disease that has a relatively high morbidity worldwide, including Indonesia.Hipertensi influence retinal vascularization changes, which can result in hypertension retinopathy. The purpose of this study to investigate the characteristics of hypertensive retinopathy in Adam Malik Medan hospital period January to December 2012. This study is a retrospective descriptive study nature. Data obtained from the medical records of patients with hypertensive retinopathy who went to Haji Adam Malik Hospital Medan in 2012. The number of patients by 48 people The results showed the number of largest age group is 50-59 years as many as 15 people (31.2%), the group is the highest female sex as many as 27 people (56.3%), the group is the highest level of high school education is 22 people (45.8%), the group of most jobs is the Self Employed 24 people (50%), In most ethnic groups are ethnic karo that 12 people (25%), the highest degree of retinopathy hypertension is hypertension stage II is 33 people (68,8%), highest degree of hypertension Retinopathy is a Grade 2 is 17 people (35.4%), the largest group of visual acuity is 6/6-6/18 that 30 people (62.5%), hypertension Lama was 1 -5 years of 24 people (50%), Group comorbidities Congestive heart failure is the most that is 7 people (14.6%), most are bilateral laterality distribution (having the same degree of hypertensive retinopathy in both eyes) that 45 people (93,7%). Hopefully the results of the research can be useful for medical personnel and the public to more attention blood pressure and eye health.

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit yang memiliki angka kesakitan yang cukup tinggi diseluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia.Hipertensi sangat mempengaruhi perubahan vaskularisasi retina,sehingga dapat menyebabkan terjadinya Retinopati Hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik retinopati hipertensi di RSUP H.Adam Malik medan periode Januari-Desember 2012.Penelitian ini adalah suatu penelitian bersifat Deskriptif Retrospektif.Data didapatkan dari rekam medis penderita retinopati hipertensi yang berobat ke Rumah Sakit Haji Adam Malik medan pada tahun 2012.Jumlah pasien sebanyak 48 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah kelompok umur terbanyak adalah 50-59 tahun yaitu sebanyak 15 orang (31,2%), Pada kelompok jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah perempuan yaitu sebanyak 27 orang (56,3%), pada kelompok tingkat pendidikan terbanyak adalah SLTA yaitu 22 orang (45,8%), Pada kelompok pekerjaan terbanyak adalah Wiraswasta yaitu 24 orang (50%), Pada Kelompok suku terbanyak adalah suku karo yaitu 12 orang (25%), Derajat Retinopati Hipertensi terbanyak adalah hipertensi tahap II yaitu 33 orang (68,8%), Derajat Retinopati Hipertensi terbanyak adalah Grade 2 yaitu 17 orang (35,4%), Kelompok ketajaman penglihatan terbanyak adalah 6/6-6/18 yaitu 30 orang (62,5%), Lama menderita hipertensi terbanyak adalah 1-5 tahun 24 orang (50%), Kelompok penyakit penyerta terbanyak adalah Congestive heart failure yaitu 7 orang (14,6%), Distribusi lateralitas terbanyak adalah bilateral (memiliki derajat retinopati hipertensi yang sama pada kedua mata) yaitu 45 orang (93,7%). Semoga hasil penelitian dapat bermanfaat bagi tenaga medis dan masyarakat agar lebih memperhatikan tekanan darah dan kesehatan mata.
