    Isolasi dan Anlisis Komponen Kimia Minyak Atsiri Dari Daun Kesturi (Citrus Microcarpa B.) dengan GC – MS dan Uji Antimikroba

    Abstract
    This research was carried out with a laboratory scale. As research material used fresh musk leaves (Citrus microcarpa B). The treatment is done is isolate the leaf essential oil of musk, this is done by water distillation (hidrodestilasi) obtained volatile oil content of 1.3 % . To analyze the chemical components is done by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The results of gas chromatography showed the presence of 30 chemical components of the leaf essential oil of musk . Based on the analysis (identification) with mass spectrophotometric obtained 6 compounds are major components : Elemol 19,19%, Beta Pinene 14,99%, Linalool 7,06, Beta Eudesmol 6,23%, Beta Elemene 3,94%, dan Trans–Caryophylene 3,11%. Based on the results of antimicrobial tests conducted on microbial Candica 3 albicans, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and it gives positive results.
     
    Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan skala laboratorium. Sebagai bahan penelitian digunakan daun kesturi (Citrus microcarpa B) yang segar. Perlakuan yang dilakukan yaitu mengisolasi minyak atsiri daun kesturi, dengan cara destilasi air (hidrodestilasi) menggunakan alat Stahl didapat kadar minyak atsiri sebesar 1,3%. Komponen-komponen kimia dilakukan dengan kromatografi gas spektrofotometri massa (GC-MS) diperoleh 30 senyawa dan senyawa utama yang diidentifikasi sebanyak 15 senyawa diantaranya Elemol 19,19%, Beta Pinene 14,99%, Linalool 7,06, Beta Eudesmol 6,23%, Beta Elemene 3,94%, dan Trans–Caryophylene 3,11%. Berdasarkan hasil uji antimikroba yang dilakukan dengan metode difusi agar terhadap 3 mikroba Candica albicans, Staphylococcus aureus, dan Escherichia coli ternyata memberikan hasil yang positif yang ditunjukkan dengan terbentuknya zona bening.
