dc.description.abstract | Background
Learning achievement is influenced by intrinsic (physiological and psychological ) and extrinsic factors. Functional dyspepsia is a functional abdominal pain that has an influence on learning achievement by intrinsic factor
Objective Comparing the learning achievement of children with and without functional dyspepsia
Method A Crosssectional study was conducted from December 2013 to January 2014 . Subjects were children, 8 to 18 years old, with and without functional dyspepsia, and divided into 2 groups, functional dyspepsia (n=45), and without dyspepsia (n=45). Assessment of learning achievement was conducted by raport and Binet test
Results Subjects were 90 children. Learning achievement was based on value of raport in children with and without functional dyspepsia was 6.63 (SD = 0.93) and 7.64 (SD = 0.95). Value of raport was higher on children without functional dyspepsia. Binet test, IQ was known that the mean grades in children with and without dyspepsia was 8.85 and 8.86 (p 0.636,p>0.05), level IQ was not difference (p>0.05).
Conclusions
Learning achievement in children without functional dyspepsia is better than functional dyspepsia. Although, there is no significantly difference IQ | en_US |

Prestasi belajar dipengaruhi faktor intrinsik (fisiologis dan psikologis) dan ekstrinsik. Dispepsia fungsional merupakan kelainan fungsional yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar melalui mekanisme faktor intrinsik
Tujuan
Membandingkan prestasi belajar anak dengan atau tanpa dispepsia fungsional
Metode
Uji sekat lintang dilakukan dari Desember 2013 sampai Januari 2014. Subyek adalah anak usia 8 sampai 18 tahun dengan dan tanpa dispepsia fungsional. Subyek dibagi atas 2 kelompok, kelompok dispepsia fungsional (n=45), kelompok tanpa dispepsia (n=45). Penilaian prestasi belajar dinilai berdasarkan nilai rapor dan tes Binet
Hasil
Subyek yang diambil sebanyak 90 orang. Hasil prestasi belajar dari nilai rapor anak dispepsia fungsional 6.63 (SB=0.93), anak tanpa dispepsia fungsional 7.64 (SB=0.95). Nilai rata-rata rapor lebih tinggi pada anak tanpa dispepsia fungsional. Sedangkan hasil prestasi belajar dari tes Binet diperoleh IQ rerata (8.85 vs 8.86, p 0.636,p>0.05). Tingkatan IQ tidak berbeda antara kedua kelompok (p 1.000, p>0.05).
Kesimpulan
Prestasi belajar berdasarkan nilai rapor anak tanpa dispepsia fungsional lebih baik daripada anak dengan dispepsia fungsional. Tidak ada perbedaan nilai IQ antara anak dispepsia fungsional dan tanpa dispepsia fungsional | en_US |
