Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pengalaman terhadap Pengembangan Kewirausahaan di Kota Medan (Studi Kasus Industri Kecil Konveksi)

The influence of education and experience to the Entrepreneurship Development in Medan (Case Study of Small Industrial Convection) under the guidance of Prof. Bachtiar Miraza Hassan (Chairman), Prof. Dr. lic.rer.reg.Sirojuzilam, SE (Member), Kasyful Mahalli, SE, M.Si (Member). This study aims to analyze: 1. The influence of education and entrepreneurial experience to the application of principals entrepreneurial behavior convection entrepreneurs Medan, 2. How to increase productivity of business units convection influenced by education and experience through the application of entrepreneurial actors entrepreneurial behavior in the city of Medan. Research carried out on as many as 41 entrepreneurs convection people in Medan Area, Medan Denai, Medan Kota, Medan perjuangan and Medan Timur randomly obtained, the research methods used are surveys and research data analysis techniques used path analysis because research this aims to determine the effect of direct and indirect rather than education and experience to increase business productivity through entrepreneurial behavior of owners of small industries convection. The results of this study reveal that: 1. Education and business experience convection positive impact and significant entrepreneurial behavior. The influence of educational variables on entrepreneurial behavior is 0.445, the influence of variable entrepreneurial experience to the behavior of 0.442, the influence of educational variables on labor productivity of 0.329, the influence of variables on productivity of work experience for 0.304, the influence of entrepreneurial behavior variables of the work productivity of 0.406. The influence of educational variables on productivity through entrepreneurial behavior of 0.1806, the influence of variables on productivity of work experience through entrepreneurial behavior of 0.1794. 2. Total Effect of: variable influence of education on productivity through entrepreneurial behavior for self-employment is 0.851 for 0.848. It is expected that - it can describe the world needs the insights of entrepreneurship education for their students so as to form and produce graduates who are knowledgeable and willing to entrepreneurship as an employment option in the future in Medan.

Sirojuzilam, SE (Anggota), Kasyful Mahalli, SE, M.Si (Anggota). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1. Pengaruh pendidikan dan pengalaman pelaku wirausaha terhadap penerapan perilaku wirausaha pengusaha konveksi Kota Medan, 2. Bagaimana peningkatan produktivitas kerja unit usaha konveksi dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan dan pengalaman pelaku wirausaha melalu penerapan perilaku wirausaha di Kota Medan. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap pengusaha konveksi sebanyak 41 orang di Kecamatan Medan Area, Medan Denai, Medan Kota, Medan Perjuangan dan Medan Timur yang diperoleh secara acak, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dan untuk teknik analisis data penelitian digunakan analisis jalur (Path Analisis) karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung daripada pendidikan dan pengalaman terhadap peningkatan produktivitas usaha melalui perilaku wirausaha para pemilik industri kecil konveksi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: 1. Pendidikan dan Pengalaman pengusaha konveksi memberi pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku wirausaha. Pengaruh variabel pendidikan terhadap Perilaku wirausaha adalah 0,445, pengaruh variabel pengalaman terhadap Perilaku wirausaha sebesar 0,442, pengaruh variabel pendidikan terhadap Produktivitas kerja sebesar 0,329, pengaruh variabel pengalaman terhadap Produktivitas kerja sebesar 0,304, pengaruh variabel perilaku wirausaha terhadap Produktivitas kerja sebesar 0,406. Pengaruh variabel pendidikan terhadap Produktivitas melalui Perilaku wirausaha sebesar 0,1806, pengaruh variabel pengalaman terhadap Produktivitas kerja melalui Perilaku wirausaha sebesar 0,1794. 2. Pengaruh Total atau Total Effect berupa: pengaruh variabel pendidikan terhadap Produktivitas melalui Perilaku wirausaha sebesar 0,851 wirausaha adalah sebesar 0,848. Dengan demikian diharapkan hal-hal tersebut dapat menggambarkan kebutuhan dunia pendidikan akan wawasan kewirausahaan bagi siswanya sehingga dapat membentuk dan menghasilkan lulusan yang berwawasan dan mau berwirausaha sebagai opsi pekerjaan di masa yang akan datang di Kota Medan.
