Analisis Dana Perimbangan dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dengan Dana Penyesuaian sebagai Variabel Moderating pada Pemerintah Provinsi di Pulau Sumatera

Abstract

The objectiveof research is to analyze the influence of Balancing Grants, namely Block Grant (BG), Special Grant (SG), Share Profit Grant (SPG) towards the Economic Growth (EG) partially or simultaneously. Besides, the objective of research is to analyze the influence of BG, SG, SPG towards the Economic Growth(EG) and Adjustment Grant (AG) as the moderating variables. The method of analysis used is a quantitative method and the test used is a regression analysis with pooled data panel fixed effect method. The variables are BG, SG, SPG and Provincially Generated Revenue (PGR) as the independent variables, AG as the moderating variable with EG as the dependent variable. The sample is 10 Provincial Governments in Sumatera Island from 2012 to 2013. The research result shows simultaneouslyvariablesBG, SG, SPG, and PGR influence EG. Partially, SG, SPG, and PGR are negatively significant towards EG. Besides, it is also concluded that AG as moderating variable does not strethen dan weaken the correlation of variables BG, SG, SPG,SPG and PGR towards the Economic Growth (EG).

Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dana Perimbangan yaitu DAU, DAK, dan DBH terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PDRB) secara parsial maupun simultan. Selain itu penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh DAU, DAK dan DBH terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PDRB) dengan Dana Penyesuaian (DP) sebagai moderating variabel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, pengujian dengan analisis regresi pooled data panel fixed effect method . Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah DAU, DAK, DBH dan PAD sebagai variabel independen, DP sebagai moderating variabel dengan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PDRB) sebagai variabel dependen. Jumlah sampel 10 Pemerintah Provinsi di Pulau Sumatera dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2013. Hasil riset ini menunjukkan secara simultan menunjukkan variabel DAU, DAK, DBH, dan PAD berpengaruh terhadap PDRB. Secara parsial DAK, DBH dan PAD signifikan negatif terhadap PDRB. Selain itu juga penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel Dana Penyesuaian (DP) sebagai moderating variabel tidak memperkuat dan memperlemah hubungan antara varaibel DAU, DAK, DBH, dan PAD terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PDRB).
