Pengaruh antara Kombinasi Hemodialisis / Hemoperfusi dengan Harapan Hidup ( Phase Angle ) pada Pasien Hemodialisis

Abstract

Background: Figures morbidity and mortality of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) undergoing hemodialysis final stage is still high, although it has received dialysis therapy. Previous studies have demonstrated the occurrence of mid-term complications and long-term uremic toxins associated with small molecule clearance rate, medium and large molecule uremic toxins during the process of hemodialysis. The combination of hemodialysis / haemoperfusion (HD / HP) effective in the clearance of large molecular weight uremic toxins, medium, and small. Assessment of quality of life can be assessed by parameters Phase Angle. Objective: To determine the influence of the combination of hemodialysis / haemoperfusion with life expectancy (phase angle) BIA in patients regular hemodialis. Methods: This prospective cohort study from December 2013 to March 2014 to 20 regular hemodialysis patients and do the anamne, measurement of height, weight, body mass index, assessment phase angle by bioelectrical impedance analysis(BIA) Results :19 subjects who observed the study. There is an increase in the value of the phase angle after doing a combination of HD / HP, but not statistically significant5,25±1,980vs 5,63±2,420. Phase angle value after the combination of HD / HP is not influenced by gender and underlying etiology of end stage renal disease. Conclusion:: The no diffrence significance on phase angle Value after HD/HP combinations.

LatarBelakang: Angkamorbiditas dan mortalitas pasien penyakit ginjal kronik (PGK) tahap akhir yang menjalani hemodialisis masih tinggi, meskipun telah mendapat terapi dialisis. Penelitian–penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan terjadinya komplikasi jangka menengah dan jangka panjang toxic uremik berkaitan dengan tingkat kebersihan molekul kecil, sedang dan molekul besar Toxicuremiksaat proses hemodialisis. Kombinasi Hemodialisis/Hemoperfusi (HD/HP) efektif dalam bersihan toksin uremik berat molekul besar, sedang, dan kecil. Penilaian kualitas hidup bisa dinilai dengan parameter Phase Angle. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi hemodialisis/hemoperfusi dengan angka harapan hidup( phase angle ) BIA padapasienhe modialis reguler. Metode:Penelitian kohort prospektif dari bulan Desember2013 hingga Maret 2014 terhadap 20 pasien hemodialisis reguler dan dilakukan anamnesis, pengukuran tinggi badan, berat badan, indeks massa tubuh, penilaian phase angle dengan Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis(BIA). Hasil:Dari 19subjek penelitianterdapat perbedaan nilai Phase Angle ,dimana Phase Angle setelah kombinasi HD/HP lebih tinggi setelah kombinasi dibanding tanpa kombinasi, namun tidak bermakna secara statistik 5,25±1,980vs 5,63±2,420, sedangkan berdasarkan etiologi nilai Phase Anglelebih tinggi pada Non DM di banding dengan DM namun tidak bermakna secara statistik4,69±0,020vs5,74±2,530 Kesimpulan:Tidak di jumpai perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap nilai Phase Angle setelah Kombinasi HD / HP
