dc.description.abstractObjective : To find out the correlation between the level of serum EG-VEGF with the size ant amount of follicles in patients who would be givenan In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) actioninThe Halim’s Clinic of Fertility. LocationThe research was carried out in the Halim’s Fertility Center, Endocrinology subdivision Department of Obstetricsand Gynecology, H. Adam Malik Central General Hospital. Design: “cross sectional” by the method of observational analytic approach. Method : collecting samples through by consecutive samplingwith the establishment of inclusiion dan exclusion critetria until the number of minimum samples were fulfiled. The data were showed in the form of average level (Mean) and standard deviation (SD). The analytic statistics used were Correlation Test in a Pearson’s linear regression model (numeric variable). The selection of test depends on the variable types correlated.The comparative analysis of numeric variables (Diameter measurement of follicles, numberof folliclesand serum level of EG-VEGF) unpaired using t-independent test. Results : The characteristics of research samples obtained is that 29 patients who were samples of this research had an average age of 34 yearsold with thestandarddeviationof 5,07. All patients had anaverage body mass index of 24,08 kg/m2 There was no association between the diameter of follicles with the serum and follicles level VEGF. p > 0,05 which means there was not enough evidence to state that both variables have a sifnificant correlation. , with measurement deviation of 3,72. The average for each level of EG-VEGF, which was 14,19 dan 3593,58 with standard deviation 9,67 and 878,55.Had a follicle diameter 10-21 mm, overall mean of respondents had 10,72 number of follicles with standard deviation of0,48. From the t-independent test, p-value was 0,000 (<0,05) showing that between the serum level and the follicle level have a mean EG-VEGF which is significantly different in confidence interval of 95%. Conclusion: The larger and the lot size of diameterandnumber of follicleshad no effect onserumandfollicular fluidlevelsofEG-VEGF, this is because theexpressionofEG-VEGF Fis notonlylocalizedingranulosaandthecaovarianen_US
dc.description.abstractTujuan : Mengetahui hubungan kadar EG-VEGF serum dengan ukuran jumlah folikel semut pada pasien yang akan diberikan In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) aksi di Klinik Kesuburan Halim. LokasiPenelitian dilakukan di Pusat Kesuburan Halim, Endokrinologi Sub Bagian Obstetri dan Ginekologi, H. Adam Malik Umum Pusat RSUD. Desain: “cross sectional” dengan metode pendekatan observasional analitik. Metode : pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara consecutive sampling dengan penetapan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi sampai jumlah sampel minimum terpenuhi. NS data ditampilkan dalam bentuk tingkat rata-rata (Mean) dan standar deviasi (SD). NS statistik analitik yang digunakan adalah Uji Korelasi pada model regresi linier Pearson (numerik variabel). Pemilihan tes tergantung pada jenis variabel yang dikorelasikan. Perbandingan analisis variabel numerik (pengukuran diameter folikel, jumlah folikel dan kadar serum EG-VEGF) tidak berpasangan menggunakan uji t-independen. Hasil : Karakteristik sampel penelitian yang diperoleh sebanyak 29 pasien yang sampel penelitian ini rata-rata berusia 34 tahun dengan standar deviasi 5,07. Semua pasien memiliki indeks massa tubuh rata-rata 24,08 kg/m2 Tidak ada hubungan antara diameter folikel dengan serum dan folikel tingkat VEGF. p > 0,05 yang berarti tidak cukup bukti untuk menyatakan bahwa kedua variabel memiliki korelasi yang signifikan. , dengan deviasi pengukuran 3,72. Rata-rata untuk setiap level EG-VEGF yaitu 14,19 dan 3593,58 dengan standar deviasi 9,67 dan 878,55.Memiliki diameter folikel 10-21 mm, rata-rata keseluruhan responden memiliki 10,72 jumlah folikel dengan standar deviasi 0,48. Dari uji t-independent didapatkan p-value sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) menunjukkan bahwa antara kadar serum dan kadar folikel memiliki rerata EG-VEGF yang berbeda nyata dalam selang kepercayaan 95%. Kesimpulan: Semakin besar dan ukuran banyak diameter dan jumlah folikel tidak berpengaruh kadar EG-VEGF pada serum dan cairan folikel, hal ini disebabkan karena ekspresi EG-VEGF tidak hanya terlokalisasi di granulosa dan caovariumen_US
