dc.description.abstract | The research diversity of Bryophyta plant was conducted in Aek Nauli forest,
Simalungun Regency from Maret to Mei 2010. Research area was determined by
using Purposive Sampling Method and data were collected with Combination Method
between quadrat method and track method on two area of different altitude. The area
size was 5 meter x 5 meter. The result shows there are 21 species of Bryophyta that
include 10 family and 13 genus. The family that have highest species are
Dicranaceae and Leucobryaceae that include 4 species. The highest relative
frequensi found is Pyrrhobryum spiniforme with value of 7,39%. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Penelitian keanekaragaman lumut (Bryophyta) dilaksanakan di kawasan
hutan Aek Nauli, Kabupaten Simalungun pada bulan Maret sampai Mei 2010. Lokasi
penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan Metode Purposive Sampling dan dalam
pengambilan data digunakan Metode kombinasi antara kuadrat dan jalur dengan
ukuran petak 5 m x 5 m. Dari penelitian di dapatkan 21 jenis lumut yang termasuk ke
dalam 10 famili dan 13 genus. Famili yang memiliki jenis tertinggi adalah
Dicranaceae dan Leucobryaceae yaitu diperoleh sebanyak 4 jenis. Jenis yang
mendominasi adalah Bryohumbertia walker yaitu sebesar 2997,40. Nilai frekuensi
relatif lumut tertinggi terdapat pada jenis Pyrrhobryum spiniforme sebesar 7,39% | en_US |
