dc.description.abstract | In this research is conducted by making of N-asil Chitosan that is reacting among chitosan by stearoil chloride without using solvent and catalyst yield the stearoil chitosan. Chitosan used at this research result of deacetylation chitin with the degree of deacetylation 61,2%. Stearoil Chloride is result from chlorination of stearic acid by using PCl3. Chitin and chitosan analysed by using FT-IR, Stearoil Chloride and N-stearoil chitosan analysed with the spectroscopy FT-IR and 1H-NMR. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Dalam Penelitian ini dilakukan pembuatan N-asil kitosan yaitu mereaksikan antara kitosan dengan stearoil klorida laupa menggunakan pelarut dan katalis menghasilkan stearoil kitosan. Kitosan digunakan pada penelitian ini hasil deasetilasi kitin dengan derajat deasetilasi 61,2%. Stearoil Klorida adalah hasil dari klorinasi asam stearat dengan menggunakan PCl3.
