Pengaruh Kondisi Kerja terhadap Asuhan Keperawatan Perawat Pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Pemerintah Aceh

Abstract

The result of preliminary survey conducted at Mother and Child Hospital, the Government of Aceh showed that nursing care has not been optimally done yet: only 50% of the nurses did the research, 65% of them wrote the nursing diagnose, 30% did the planning and implementation, and 10% did the evaluation. One of the factors which influence the performance was work condition. The purpose of this explanatory study with cross-sectional design was to analyze the influence of work condition on the nursing care conducted by the working nurses at Mother and Child Hospital, the Government of Aceh in, 2011. The population of this study was all of the 54 nurses working at Mother and Child Hospital, the Government of Aceh. The data for this study were obtained through questionnaire distribution. The data obtained were then analyzed through multiple regression test. The result of this study showed that factor which had influence on the nursing care at Mother and Child Hospital, the Government of Aceh was the noise. Work condition was the most important factor for the comfort of nurses and clients that it needed to be paid special attention by the stakeholder of Mother and Child Hospital, the Government of Aceh.

Hasil survei pendahuluan di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) Pemerintah Aceh menunjukkan, asuhan keperawatan masih belum dilakukan secara optimal: hanya 50% perawat yang melakukan pengkajian, 65% menuliskan diagnosa keperawatan, 30% melakukan perencanaan dan implementasi, 10% melakukan evaluasi. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja tersebut adalah kondisi kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kondisi kerja terhadap asuhan keperawatan yang dilaksanakan oleh perawat pelaksana pada RSIA Pemerintah Aceh tahun 2011. Jenis penelitian adalah survey eksplanatori, dengan populasi penelitian semua perawat (54 orang) RSIA Pemerintah Aceh. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, dianalisis dengan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap asuhan keperawatan di RSIA Pemerintah Aceh adalah faktor kebisingan. Kondisi kerja merupakan faktor terpenting demi kenyamanan perawat dan klien sehingga perlu menjadi perhatian khusus dari pihak stakeholder Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak pemerintah Aceh.
