Analisis Pengaruh Investasi Pertanian dan Tenaga Kerja Pertanian terhadap PDRB Pertanian Kabupaten Asahan Propinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Agricultural PDRB Asahan very volatile. The growth of agricultural PDRB Asahan PDRB smaller than other sectors in the same period of observation The result of this study showed that agricultural investment and the number of agricultural labor force had a significant influence on the GRDP development of Asahan District, but the growth rate of agricultural sector-related GRDP of Asahan District was lower compared to that of the other sectors. To increase the agricultural sector-related GRDP of Asahan District, a policy to encourage the investment interest in the area of Asahan District is needed. Business expansion should be led to the activities increasing agricultural productivity and the agricultural productivity labor force. . The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Agricultural Investment and the Number of Agricultural Labor Force on the Agricultural Sector- related GRDP of Asahan District, Province of Sumatera Utara.This study used the time series data from 1993 to 2012 and the data obtained were analyzed through multiple linear regression tests. The result of this study showed that agricultural investment and the number of agricultural labor force had a significant influence on the GRDP development of Asahan District, but the growth rate of agricultural sector-related GRDP of Asahan District was lower compared to that of the other sectors. To increase the agricultural sector-related GRDP of Asahan District, a policy to encourage the investment interest in the area of Asahan District is needed. PDRB sektor pertanian Kabupaten Asahan sangat fluktuatif. Pertumbuhan PDRB pertanian Kabupaten Asahan lebih kecil daripada PDRB sektor lainnya dalam periode pengamatan yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh investasi pertanian dan jumlah tenaga kerja pertanian terhadap PDRB pertanian Kabupaten Asahan Propinsi Sumatera Utara. Data yang digunakan adalah data series tahun 1993 – 2012 dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa investasi pertanian, jumlah tenaga kerja pertanian memberi pengaruh nyata terhadap perkembangan PDRB Kabupaten Asahan, tetapi laju pertumbuhan PDRB sector pertanian Kabupaten Asahan lebih rendah dibanding sektor lainnya. Sebagai upaya meningkatkan PDRB sektor pertanian Kabupaten Asahan maka diperlukan kebijakan mendorong minat investasi di daerah Kabupaten Asahan. Pengembangan usaha sebaiknya diarahkan pada kegiatan yang meningkatkan produktifitas pertanian dan produktivitas tenaga kerja pertanian.
