Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Permintaan dan Penawaran Kedelai di Sumatera Utara

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the demand for soybeans in North Sumatra and to analyze the factors that affect the supply of soy beans in the province of North Sumatra. The data used are time series data starting from the 1st half of 1990 until the 2nd half of 2013. The analytical method used is the method of simultaneous equations modeling with Two Stage Least Square estimation using eviews 8.0. The analysis showed that the factors affecting demand are population and per capita income of North Sumatra Province. The population and per capita income has positive influence on soybean demand in North Sumatra Province. Factor that affect soybean supply is harvested soybean acreage in North Sumatra Province. Soybean crop acreage positive effect on soybean supply of North Sumatra Province.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan kacang kedelai di Sumatera Utara dan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penawaran kacang kedelai di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Data yang digunakan yaitu data time series dimulai dari semester 1 tahun 1990 sampai semester 2 tahun 2013. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah pemodelan simultan dengan metode estimasi TSLS menggunakan eviews 8.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan adalah jumlah penduduk dan pendapatan perkapita Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Jumlah penduduk dan pendapatan perkapita berpengaruh positif terhadap permintaan kedelai Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penawaran kedelai adalah luas areal panen kedelai Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Luas areal panen kedelai berpengaruh positif terhadap penawaran kedelai Provinsi Sumatera Utara.
