Analisis Faktor Faktor yang Menpengaruhi Penetapan Harga Air PDAM Tirtanadi Medan

Abstract

The research which is entitled An Analysis of Factors Which Affect the Water Price on PDAM Tirtanadi Medan is a study of deriving several factors which affect the determination of water price at District Corporation. This research makes use of secondary data which are analyzed by using method of Ordinary Least Square ( OLS ). These secondary data will be processed by the use of program Eviews 4.0 which uses time series data at period of time 2002- 2006, and further discovers that the cost of production is influenced by fuel, water input, chemical substance, electricity, worker, and water output. Therefore, it can be concluded that fuel ( X1), water input (X2), chemical substance (X3), electricity (X4), worker (X5), and water output (X6) have significant effect statistically on the increase of cost.

Penelitian yang berjudul Analisis Faktor Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penetapan Harga Air di PDAM Tirtanadi Medan ini merupakan sebuah penelitian yang ingin menderivasikan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi penetapan harga air pada perusahaan monopoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder untuk kemudian di analisis dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Adapun alat Bantu dalam mengolah data sekunder ini adalah program Eviews 4.0 dengan menggunakan data time series untuk rentang waktu 2002 – 2006 dan lebih jauh menemukan bahwa Biaya Produksi dipengaruhi oleh Bahan Bakar, Input Air, Bahan Kimia, Listrik, Tenaga Kerja , dan Output Air. Dari sejumlah variabel tersebut secara umum hasil estimasi memperlihatkan bahwa Bahan Bakar (X1), Input Air (X2), Bahan Kimia (X3), Listrik (X4), Tenaga Kerja (X5), dan Output Air (X6) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara statistik terhadap kenaikan biaya.
