Distribusi Kejadian Celah Bibir dan Langit-langit Berdasarkan Urutan Kelahiran Anak dan Riwayat Keluarga di RSU Mitra Sejati Tahun 2015-2020

Abstract

Cleft lip and palate is one of the most common congenital abnormalities in infants that occurs between 5th and 10th weeks of pregnancy. Clefts are divided into cleft lip, cleft palate, and cleft lip and palate. Cleft lip and palate is caused by more than one factor or multifactorial, there is genetic and environmental. The purpose of this study is to determine the distribution of the incidence of cleft lip and palate based on the birth order of the children and family history in patients at Mitra Sejati General Hospital. This research is a descriptive research using survey method. The results of the study based on the birth order of the children, the first birth order amounted to 25 people (26.60%), the second 30 people (31.91%), the third 19 people (20.21%), and four or more than are 20 people (21.28%). The results of the study based on family history, it is found that 27 patients (28.72%) had a family history of cleft lip and palate, while 67 patients (71.28%) did not have a family history of cleft lip and palate. The distribution of the incidence of clefts in first-degree relatives mostly occurs in siblings as many as 5 people. The distribution of clefts in second-degree relatives was mostly occurs in uncles/aunts as many as 7 people and grandparents are 6 people. The distribution of clefts in third-degree relatives mostly occurs in cousins with a total of 9 people. The conclusion of this study is that the order of birth of the second child at Mitra Sejati General Hospital is the most and the family history based on the level of kinship is the second level and for the most number of families is cousin.

Celah bibir dan langit-langit merupakan kelainan kongenital yang terjadi antara minggu ke-5 sampai minggu ke-10 selama masa kehamilan. Celah terbagi menjadi tiga, yaitu celah bibir, celah langit-langit, dan celah bibir dan langit-langit. Celah bibir dan langit-langit disebabkan lebih dari satu faktor atau multifactorial, yaitu genetik dan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui distribusi kejadian celah bibir dan celah langit-langit berdasarkan urutan kelahiran anak dan riwayat keluarga pada pasien di RSU Mitra Sejati. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan urutan kelahiran anak, pasien dengan urutan kelahiran pertama berjumlah 25 orang (26,60%), kedua 30 orang (31,91%), ketiga 19 orang (20,21%) dan lebih dari empat 20 orang (21,28%). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan riwayat keluarga, didapatkan 27 pasien (28,72%) memiliki riwayat keluarga kejadian celah bibir dan langit-langit, sementara 67 pasien (71,28%) tidak memiliki riwayat keluarga kejadian celah bibir dan langit-langit. Distribusi kejadian celah pada kerabat tingkat pertama paling banyak terjadi pada saudara kandung yaitu sebanyak 5 orang. Distribusi kejadian celah pada kerabat tingkat kedua paling banyak terjadi pada paman/bibi sebanyak 7 orang. Distribusi kejadian celah pada kerabat tingkat ketiga paling banyak terjadi pada sepupu dengan jumlah 9 orang. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah urutan kelahiran anak kedua di RSU Mitra Sejati yang paling banyak dan riwayat keluarga berdasarkan tingkat kekerabatan paling banyak adalah tingkat kedua dan untuk jumlah keluarga yang paling banyak adalah sepupu.
