dc.description.abstractCV. SOFTCOM is a business entity engages in the computer sales and repair services. At the beginning of its establishment, the company did not see the importance of specialized brand in selling its product. The background of this study was the phenomenon in which many suppliers and different brands of the products found in the market that the company found it difficult to serve its customers claiming the damage of the sold products, the time of product delivered by the suppliers was frequently delayed, and the need for the accuracy of the number of product delivered. Therefore, it is necessary for the company to select the supplier. The use of engineering technique Supplier Relationship Management System can assist CV. SOFTCOM in selecting the best supplier and hardware with specific brand to sell. This Supplier Relationship Management System engineering can be done by using Analytical Hierarchy Process method. This AHP method can be used to determine supplier selection priority based on the criteria made to determine the quality and qualification of each supplier such as price, product quality, accurate number of product, time of delivery, customer care, and brand image. Based on the result of the analysis using AHP method, a supplier-determining model will be designed to assist CV. SOFTCOM in selecting and determining the best supplieren_US
dc.description.abstractCV. SOFTCOM merupakan suatu badan usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan dan jasa perbaikan komputer. Pada awal berdirinya perusahaan belum memandang perlunya spesialisasi merek dalam penjualan produk hardware perusahaan. Fenomena yang melatarbelakangi perlunya diadakan penelitian antara lain banyaknya supplier dan merek dari produk yang ada sehingga menyulitkan pihak perusahaan dalam melayani customer bila terjadi klaim kerusakan barang yang dijual, waktu pengiriman barang dari supplier sering mengalami keterlambatan dan perlunya ketepatan jumlah pengiriman. Hal ini menjadi alasan perlunya bagi perusahaan untuk melakukan pemilihan supplier. Pemakaian teknik rekayasa Supplier Relationship Management System dapat membantu pihak CV. SOFTCOM dalam pemilihan supplier terbaik dan merek hardware tertentu yang akan dijual. Rekayasa Supplier Relationship Management System ini dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode AHP ini dapat digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas pemilihan supplier dengan menggunakan banyak kriteria untuk menentukan bobot dari masing-masing supplier. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah harga, kualitas, ketepatan jumlah, waktu pengiriman, customer care, dan brand image. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan metode AHP ini akan dirancang suatu model penentuan supplier terbaik yang dapat membantu CV. SOFTCOM dalam hal penentuan supplier.en_US
