dc.description.abstractStarch has been oxidized by molecular oxygen in acetone/aquadest catalyzed by Pd(II)acetate-benzoquinone-heteropolyacid producing oxidized starch (37%), where primary alcohols were converted to carboxylic acids. Then the oxidized starch was reacted with 1,9-nonana diamine to produce a polymeric material starch amide (85%). These compounds were characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy, DTA and average molecular weight of the oxidized starch was determined by viscometer.en_US
dc.description.abstractPati telah dioksidasi dengan molekul oksigen menggunakan katalis Pd(II) asetat-benzokuinon-heteropolyacid dalam aseton/air menghasilkan pati teroksidasi (37%) yang teroksidasi pada alkohol primer membentuk asam kerboksilat. Pati teroksidasi direaksikan dengan 1,9-nonana diamin yang menghasilkan amida pati (85%). Senyawa-senyawa tersebut dikarakterisasi dengan spektroskopi FTIR dan, lH-NMR, DTA, serta berat molekul pati teroksidasi ditentukan dengan menggunakan viskosimeter.en_US
