Isolasi dan Uji Antagonis Bakteri Resisten Antibiotik dari Tambak Udang terhadap Bakteri Penyebab Penyakit Vibriosis

A study isolation and antagonistic assay of antibiotic resistant bacteria of shrimp ponds has been carried out. Resistency test showed that fifteen isolates were resistant to 25 μg amoxicillin, 15 μg erythromycin, 25 μg sulphamethaxazole/ trimethropim, and 30 μg chloramphenicol. Assay antagonistic of the resistance bacterial isolates to Vibrio sp. causal agent of vibriosis was conducted in 3 steps with 3 replications. The result showed that sp2 inhibited growth of Vibrio sp. with inhibition zone of 15,17 mm. Assay of pathogenicity of the isolates were done by soaking into bacterial solution. All isolates were not pathogen to shrimp larvae at concentration of 108cfu/ml. Assay antagonism of the isolates in hatchery showed that sp2 was able to reduce vibriosis of shrimp larvae by 96% after 96 hours of soaking the shrimp larvae, and prevented Vibrio sp. colonization on the surface on shrimp larvae body. Telah dilakukan isolasi dan uji antagonis bakteri resisten antibiotik dari tambak udang. Hasil uji resistensi antibiotik menunjukkan sebanyak 15 isolat bakteri bersifat resisten terhadap beberapa antibiotik antara lain terhadap 25 μg amoksisilin, 15 μg eritromisin, 25 μg sulfametoksazol /trimetropim, dan 30 μg kloramfenikol. Pengujian antagonis isolat bakteri resisten terhadap bakteri penyebab penyakit vibriosis terdiri dari 3 tahap dengan masing-masing 3 ulangan. Pengujian antagonis isolat bakteri resisten antibiotik terhadap Vibrio sp. menunjukkan isolat sp2 memiliki zona hambat tertinggi yaitu 15,17 mm. Pengujian patogenitas 15 isolat bakteri resisten antibiotik terhadap larva udang dilakukan dengan metode perendaman. Hasil menunjukkan semua isolat tidak bersifat patogen terhadap larva udang pada konsentrasi isolat 108cfu/ml. Pengujian antagonis isolat bakteri resisten antibiotik terhadap Vibrio sp. dalam pemeliharaan larva udang menunjukkan isolat sp2 mampu menghambat serangan penyakit vibriosis sebesar 96% selama 96 jam perendaman dan mencegah terbentuknya kolonisasi Vibrio sp. pada permukaan tubuh larva udang.
