Penentuan Kadar Logam Cadmium(Cd), Tembaga (Cu), Crom (Cr), Besi (Fe), Nikel (Ni), dan Zinkum (Zn) dari Beberapa Jenis Kerang dengan Metode Spektrofotometri Serapan Atom (SSA)

Abstract

In this research, I had done checking the steel’s level form Cd, Cu, Cr, Fe, Ni and Zn in flesh cockle and scallop which come form Asahan River. To cheeck the level of the steel, I used the spektrofotometri method atom absorbcy (SSA). This research objective shows that the level of Cd in Cockle 0,2758 ppm and Scallop 0,1505 ppm, the level of Cr undetection, the level of Cu in Cockle 0,2733 ppm and Scallop 0,1551 ppm, the level of Fe in Cockle 0,8965 ppm and Scallop 0,9327 ppm, the level of Ni in Cockle 0,1502 ppm and Scallop 0,0899 ppm and the level of Zn in Cockle 0,8756 ppm and Scallop 0,8869

Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan pemeriksaan kadar logam Cd, Cu, Cr, Fe, Ni dan Zn dalam daging kerang darah dan kerang bulu yang berasal dari muara sungai Asahan. Untuk pemeriksaan kadar logam-logam tersebut dilakukan dengan metode Spektrofotometri Serapan Atom (SSA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kadar Cd pada kerang darah 0,2758 ppm dan kerang bulu 0,1505 ppm, kadar Cr tidak terdeteksi, kadar Cu pada kerang darah 0,2733 ppm dan kerang bulu 0,1551 ppm, kadar Fe pada kerang darah 0,8965 ppm dan kerang bulu 0,9327 ppm, kadar Ni pada kerang darah 0,1502 ppm dan kerang bulu 0,0899 ppm, kadar Zn pada kerang darah 0,8756 ppm dan kerang bulu 0,8869 ppm.
