Pengaruh Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Serta Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan Balai Pemasyarakatan Klas I Medan
Abstract
The achievement of the official was the main factor for the company in achieving the aim of the company. There were several factors that were influential in the determination of the achievement of the official among them: the pay, education and the training as well as the work environment. With the increase in the pay, education and the training as well as the achievement environment was expected to be able to increase the capacity and the official's skills in carrying out the tasks that were given by the executive's technical unit Office of Balai Pemasyarakatan Klas I Medan. The theory that was used in this research was the theory of Menejemen Sumber Daya Manusia that included about education and the training, the work environment, and the achievement. This research was descriptive explanatory with the case study approach that was supported by the method survey. The number of samples that was used by as many as 35 officials of the Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan (PK) in the Office of Balai Pemasyarkatan Klas I Medan. Technically the analysis that was used was the analysis of linear regression multiplied. Results of the first hypothetical research were, education and the training as well as the work environment had the influence significant towards the achievement of the official of the Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan (PK) in the Office of Balai Pemasyarkatan Klas I Medan. Technically the analysis of multiplied regression to test the hypothesis was used by the F test and the test t in the level of reliability 95%, ? = 0,05. The determination coefficient (R Square) results of regression were 0,55 or 55%. showed that the free variable (education and the training as well as the work environment) could explain 55% were against the variable tied (the achievement of the official). Was based on the value standardized coefficient was learnt partially that the variable of the work environment had the dominant influence compared with the variable of training education. Whereas the rest of them of 45 % was the variable outside from education and training as well as the work environment that were not researched Results of the second hypothetical research were to be received by the difference of the achievement of the Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan before and after being carried out by him education and the training had the difference that positf and significant towards the work of the official of the Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan (PK) in the Office of Balai Pemasyarkatan Klas I Medan. Technically the analysis of multiplied regression to test the hypothesis was used by the F test and the test t in the level of reliability 95%, ? = 0,05. Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor utama bagi perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Ada beberapa faktor yang berpengaruh pada penetapan kinerja pegawai diantaranya : gaji, pendidikan dan pelatihan serta lingkungan kerja. Dengan peningkatan gaji, pendidikan dan pelatihan serta lingkungan kinerja diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan unit pelaksana tehnis Balai Pemasyarakatan Klas I Medan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia yang mencakup tentang pendidikan dan pelatihan, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif explanatory dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang didukung oleh metode survey. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 35 orang pegawai Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan (PK) di Kantor Balai Pemasyarkatan Klas I Medan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian hipotesis pertama adalah, pendidikan dan pelatihan serta lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan (PK) di Kantor Balai Pemasyarkatan Klas I Medan. Teknik analisa regresi berganda untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan uji F dan uji t pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%, ? = 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (R Square) hasil regresi adalah 0,55 atau 55%. menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas (pendidikan dan pelatihan serta lingkungan kerja) dapat menjelaskan 55% terhadap variabel terikat (kinerja pegawai). Berdasarkan nilai standardized coefficient diketahui secara parsial bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh dominan dibandingkan variabel pendidikan pelatihan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45% merupakan variabel diluar dari pendidikan dan latihan serta lingkungan kerja yang tidak diteliti Hasil dari penelitian hipotesis kedua adalah terdapat perbedaan kinerja Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakannya pendidikan dan pelatihan mempunyai perbedaan yang positf dan signifikan terhadap kerja pegawai Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan (PK) di Kantor Balai Pemasyarkatan Klas I Medan. Teknik analisa regresi berganda untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan uji F dan uji t pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%, ? = 0,05.
