    Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Intensi Turnover Guru Yayasan Hajjah Rachmah Nasution

    Abstract
    Maintaining employees with qualified performance is one of the organization’s strategy for improvement. Employees are one of important asset for organization. The higher of employee’s turnover may create instability on work condition that caused organization’s ineffective and inefficient. When turnover intention become high, organizational climate and job satisfaction become important element to reduce turnover intention. This study was conducted to investigate the influence of organizational climate and job satisfaction toward turnover intention of among teachers in Yayasan Hajjah Rachmah Nasution. Organizational climate was measured by using organizational climate scale. Job satisfaction was measured by using job satisfaction scale and turnover intention was measured by using turnover intention scale. There were 112 teachers involved in this study. The main results showed that organizational climate and job satisfaction gave negative contribution toward turnover intention among teachers. Organization climate and job satisfaction contributed to turnover intention among teachers (R2 = 0.235, p<0.01) which means organizational climate and job satisfaction contributed 23,5% to turnover intention among teachers in Yayasan Hajjah Rachmah Nasution. Furthermore, by using regression stepwise, job satisfaction gave the higher influence toward turnover intention among teachers in Yayasan Hajjah Rachmah Nasution (R2 = 0.228, p<0.01).
     
    Mempertahankan karyawan dengan kinerja yang berkualitas adalah salah satu strategi organisasi agar dapat lebih berkembang. Karyawan merupakan salah satu aset penting bagi organisasi. Tingginya tingkat turnover karyawan dapat menciptakan ketidakstabilan pada kondisi kerja yang akan menyebabkan organisasi menjadi tidak berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Ketika intensi turnover karyawan pada organisasi tinggi, iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja menjadi elemen penting untuk mengurangi intensi turnover. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi turnover guru Yayasan Hajjah Rachmah Nasution. Pengukuran iklim organisasi menggunakan skala iklim organisasi, pengukuran kepuasan kerja menggunakan skala kepuasan kerja dan pengukuran intensi turnover menggunakan skala intensi turnover. Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 112 guru. Hasil penelitian secara serempak menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap intensi turnover guru. Iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berperan terhadap intensi turnover guru (R2 = 0.235, p<0.01). Artinya iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memberikan sumbangan sebesar 23,5% terhadap intensi turnover guru pada Yayasan Hajjah Rachmah Nasution. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan analisis regresi stepwise, diketahui bahwa kepuasan kerja yang paling memberikan kontribusi terhadap intensi turnover. Kepuasan kerja memberikan sumbangan terhadap intensi turnover guru Yayasan Hajjah Rachmah Nasution sebesar 22,8% (R2 = 0.228, p<0.01).
