dc.description.abstractBusiness competition in this era of globalization becomes tighter that a company needs to have a strategy in winning its business competition. The issue on environmental problem and vocational health safety (SHE) currently demands the company to improve its concern on these issues in line with the tighter regulations of legislation on these issues of SHE. PT. X has app;lied SHE management in running its business, but its implementation is not yet maximum. Green Company is the exact tool to be used in winning business competition, and one of the materializations of Green Company is Green Process. The purpose of this study, in this current condition of company, was to obtain an effective strategy in SHE implementation system. Questionnaires were used to identify the factors related to the implementation of the green process. The factors were managerial concern (X1), awareness of human resources (X2), working skills (X3), environmental management (X4), safety tools (X5), vocational health (X6), and safe condition (X7). The finding of this study was a strategy to improve the performance of green process by implementing reward/punishment provision program, performance assessment program, determining the standard green process policy for the company, improving/developing training program, improving the supporting facility for vocational ealth and safety (SHE) program, and improving the vocational health program.en_US
dc.description.abstractPersaingan bisnis di era globalisasi saat ini semakin ketat, sehingga perusahaan harus memiliki strategi dalam memenangkan persaingan bisnis. Isu mengenai masalah lingkungan, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja saat ini menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja seiring dengan semakin ketatnya peraturan perundang-undangan tentang kebijakan LK3 tersebut. PT. X telah menerapkan manajemen LK3 dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, namun pelaksanaannya masih belum maksimal. Green company merupakan “tools” yang tepat untuk digunakan meraih kemenangan dalam persaingan bisnis dan salah satu wujud penerapan green company adalah green process. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah diperolehnya strategi dalam sistem implementasi LK3 yang efektif dengan kondisi perusahaan saat ini. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan kuesioner untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkaitan dengan implementasi green process tersebut. Faktor-faktor tersebut antara lain: kepedulian manajemen (X1), kesadaran SDM (X2), keterampilan kerja (X3), environmental management (X4), alat safety (X5), kesehatan kerja (X6), dan safe condition (X7). Hasil yang diperoleh berupa strategi peningkatan kinerja green process yaitu melakukan program pemberian reward/punishment, program penilaian kinerja, menetapkan kebijakan standar green process bagi perusahaan, peningkatan/pengembangan program training, peningkatan sarana pendukung program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), dan peningkatan program kesehatan kerja.en_US
