Keanekaragaman Nepenthes dan Pohon Inang di Taman Wisata Alam Sicikeh-Cikeh Kabupaten Dairi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This research aim to know types Nepenthes the in area of Nature Park Ekotourism of Sicikeh-Cikeh Kabupaten Dairi Sumatera Utara. This research have been executed in December 2008 until Februari 2009. Research location determined by using Method Purposive Sampling and in intake of data applied by Quadrat Method at three different location (3 Lake) of the size check of 5 m x 5 m a number of 45 checks. From this research Obtained 7 type Nepenthes spp. 2 type between his (its hibrida are natural, 7 type Nepenthes spp. is Nepenthes reinwardtiana Miq., Nepenthes tobaica Danser., Nepenthes spectabilis Danser., Nepenthes rhombicaulis Sh. I flattened., Nepenthes rigidifolia Akhriadi Hernawati & R. Tamin., Nepenthes reinwardtiana x Nepenthes spectabilis and Nepenthes tobaica x Nepenthes reinwardtiana. Plant predominating at location I is Nepenthes reinwardtiana, at location II is Nepenthes spectabilis and at location III is Nepenthes reinwardtiana x Nepenthes spectabilis. Highest diversity index there are at location III equal to 1,29 and equitabilitas index is highest there are at location II equal to 11,01.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis Nepenthes yang ada di kawasan Taman Wisata Alam Sicikeh-Cikeh Kabupaten Dairi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2008 sampai Februari 2009. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan Metode Purposive Sampling dan dalam pengambilan data digunakan Metode Kuadrat pada tiga lokasi yang berbeda (3 Danau) dengan ukuran petak 5 m x 5 m sejumlah 45 petak. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh 7 jenis Nepenthes spp. 2 jenis diantaranya hibrida alami, 7 jenis Nepenthes spp. tersebut adalah Nepenthes reinwardtiana Miq., Nepenthes tobaica Danser., Nepenthes spectabilis Danser., Nepenthes rhombicaulis Sh. Kurata., Nepenthes rigidifolia Akhriadi, Hernawati & R. Tamin., Nepenthes reinwardtiana x Nepenthes spectabilis dan Nepenthes tobaica x Nepenthes reinwardtiana. Tumbuhan yang mendominasi pada lokasi I adalah Nepenthes reinwardtiana, pada lokasi II adalah Nepenthes spectabilis dan pada lokasi III adalah Nepenthes reinwardtiana x Nepenthes spectabilis. Indeks Keanekaragaman tertinggi terdapat pada lokasi III sebesar 1,29 dan Indeks Keseragaman tertinggi terdapat pada lokasi II sebesar 11,01.
