Analisis Strategi Penanggulangan Kecelakaan Kerja untuk Mencapai Tingkat Kecelakaan Kerja Nihil (Zero Accident) pada PT Tasik Raja

Abstract

In the midst of the booming oil palm plantation industry in Indonesia, negative issues arise regarding oil palm plantations ranging from land clearing, environment, surrounding communities and work safety issues. This research aims to see the role of the SMK3 system in relation to safety behavior employees of PT. Tasik Raja, Kota Pinang to formulate the company's strategy to achieve Zero Accident. The population in this study were all employees of PT Tasik King with a sampling technique in the form of simple random sampling. Based on overall statistical analysis of the implementation of the OHS Management system has a positive effect on Safety Behavior, this is in accordance with the results of statistical tests that the value of Fcount = 37,146 is greater than Ftable = 2.71 in other words if the company wants to reach zero accident by growing awareness of safe behavior (safety behavior), then the company needs to implement a comprehensive OHS Management system and comprehensive. Ditengah maraknya industri perkebunan sawit di Indonesia muncul isu negatif mengenai perkebunan kelapa sawit mulai dari pembukaan lahan, lingkungan hidup, masyarakat sekitar dan masalah keselamatan kerja. Dalam hal keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja PT Tasik Raja, Kota Pinang telah banyak melakukan pembenahan namun tingkat kecelakaan kerja masih tinggi ini dapat dilihat dari rasio kekerapan cidera yang terus meningkat dari tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2012 yaitu dari 78,36 menjadi 82,48 sehingga harapan perusahaan untuk Zero Accident belum tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran sistem SMK3 dalam kaitannya dengan perilaku selamat (safety behavior) karyawan PT. Tasik Raja, Kota Pinang guna merumuskan strategi perusahaan untuk mencapai Zero Accident. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Tasik Raja dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa simple random sampling. Berdasarkan analisa statistik secara keseluruhan penerapan sistem Manajemen K3 berpengaruh positif terhadap Perilaku Keselamatan, hal ini sesuai dengan hasil uji statistik bahwa nilai Fhitung = 37,146 lebih besar dari Ftabel = 2,71 dengan kata lain jika perusahaan ingin menggapai zero accident dengan menumbuhkan kesadaran berperilaku selamat (safety behavior), maka perusahaan perlu menerapkan sistem Manajemen K3 secara menyeluruh dan komprehensif. Sedangkan rumusan strategi untuk mencapai Zero Accident disusun menggunakan analisia SWOT.
