Analisis Struktural Harga Minyak Goreng dan Volume Ekspor Crude Palm Oil Indonesia Pengaruhnya terhadap Harga Crude Palm Oil Internasional

Abstract

In Indonesian cooking oil made from palm oil commodities grouped as nine basic consumption , so the price of cooking oil included in the government's control, namely in the context of national food security . While on the other hand the government also has an interest in the development of the International CPO prices as a source of income at the same time the largest tax revenue source outside of the non-oil and gas , while the volume of exports of crude palm oil as the main export commodities of Indonesia International edible oil market is very important and also very strategic value means for economic survival Indonesian government so that policy actions should be appropriate to the continuity and strength of the national economy continued to growth The analysis of this study uses time series data are secondary data 1996 to 2012 , or 17 years later, the data is broken down into monthly data so that it becomes 204 ( month ) data samples with the help of SPSS 19.0 device , the device is then performed regression equations where Amos version 18.0. The structural recursive formed by the selection of the regression path analisys techniques and maximum likeli-hood method. The results of this study indicate, that statistical measures of valuation models gain value ; well and very good , this suggests a model in the state , " fit model " . All variables in the research within the scope of the research hypothesis significant condition except for two of hypotheses mark. Concluded government policies in an effort to protect stocks of raw materials in domestic cooking oil should not be continued because of consumer harm in the country and also manufacturers in the country . Then the CPO as a commodity trading has specific characteristics and also has various privileges ( be specific ) than substitutes , soy oil , it is necessary to study and learn more about the method and management of CPO processed products that future CPO reliable as the supports of the special the national economy.

Di Indonesia komoditas minyak goreng berbahan CPO dikelompokkan sebagai konsumsi sembilan bahan pokok, sehingga harga minyak goreng termasuk didalam pengawasan pemerintah, yaitu dalam rangka menjaga ketahanan pangan nasional. Sedangkan dari sisi lain pemerintah juga berkepentingan atas perkembangan harga CPO Internasional yakni sebagai sumber devisa sekaligus sumber penerimaan pajak terbesar diluar non migas, sementara volume ekspor CPO sebagai komoditas ekspor unggulan dari Indonesia dipasar minyak nabati Internasional sangat penting nilainya dan juga sangat strategis artinya bagi kelangsungan perekonomian Indonesia sehingga tindakan kebijakan pemerintah harus tepat agar kelangsungan dan kekuatan ekonomi nasional tetap tumbuh. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan data time series bersifat data skunder tahun 1996 sampai dengan tahun 2012, atau 17 tahun kemudian data dipecah menjadi data bulanan sehingga menjadi 204 (bulan) sampel data dengan bantuan piranti SPSS 19.0, Selanjutnya dilakukan regresi dengan piranti Amos versi 18.0 dimana persamaan struktural dibentuk bersifat recursive dengan pemilihan teknik regressi path analisys dengan methode maksimum likeli-hood. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, bahwa ukuran statistik dari penilaian model memperoleh nilai ; baik dan sangat baik, hal ini menunjukkan model dalam kondisi, “fit model”. Seluruh variabel penelitian dalam cakupan hipotesis penelitian didalam kondisi signifikan terkecuali untuk dua tanda hipotesis. Disimpulkan kebijakan pemerintah dalam upaya melindungi stok bahan baku minyak goreng didalam negeri tidak perlu dilanjutkan sebab merugikan pihak konsumen didalam negeri dan juga produsen didalam negeri. Kemudian CPO sebagai komoditas perdagangan memiliki karakteristik yang spesifik dan juga memiliki berbagai keistimewaan (bersifat khusus) dibandingkan barang substitusinya, minyak kedelai untuk itu perlu diteliti dan dipelajari lebih jauh lagi tentang methode dan pengelolaan produk olahan CPO agar dimasa mendatang komoditas CPO dapat diandalkan sebagai penopang jalannya perekonomian nasional.
