    Pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Employee Engagement Terhadap Kesiapan Berubah Pegawai di UPT Pemasyarakatan Kota Sibolga

    Abstract
    This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and employee engagement on employee readiness to change. This study was involved 95 employees of Correctional Office at Sibolga City. The measuring instruments used in this study are employee readiness to change scale, perceived organizational support scale, and employee engagement scale. The results showed that perceived organizational support and employee engagement had a significant effect on employee readiness to change (R = .715 ; F = 48.126 ; p < .05) with an effective contribution of 51,1% (R2 = .511). The implications of this research can help companies to find out how the description of employee readiness to change, perceived organizational support, and employee engagement.
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan employee engagement terhadap kesiapan berubah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 95 pegawai di UPT Pemasyarakatan Kota Sibolga. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kesiapan berubah, skala persepsi dukungan organisasi, dan skala employee engagement. Data yang didapatkan diolah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi dan employee engagement berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan berubah (R = .715 ; F = 48.126 ; p < .05) dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 51.1% (R2 = .511). Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat membantu organisasi mengetahui gambaran persepsi dukungan organisasi, employee engagement, dan kesiapan berubah pegawainya.
