| dc.description.abstract | Proses penyembuhan luka soket pasca pencabutan gigi meliputi penyembuhan
pada jaringan lunak dan jaringan keras. Daun mobe (Artocarpus lakoocha Roxb.) telah
banyak digunakan masyarakat untuk penyembuhan luka. Namun, belum ada penelitian
mengenai efek daun mobe terhadap penyembuhan jaringan keras terutama osteoblas
dan osteosit. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek pemberian
gel ekstrak daun mobe 3% terhadap proliferasi osteoblas dan osteosit pada
penyembuhan luka soket pasca pencabutan gigi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian
eksperimental dengan desain penelitian post test only control group. Sampel yang
digunakan adalah tikus putih galur wistar jantan (Rattus novergicus). Gigi insisivus kiri
mandibula tikus diekstraksi menggunakan klem arteri dan diaplikasikan gel ekstrak
daun mobe 3% pada luka soket. Penyembuhan luka soket secara mikroskopis diamati
pada hari ke-7, 14, dan 28 pasca pencabutan gigi. Analisis data menggunakan uji
oneway ANOVA dan uji T-independent. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat
perbedaan rerata jumlah sel osteoblas yang signifikan pada kelompok perlakuan
dengan gel ekstrak daun mobe 3% (p<0,05) dan terdapat perbedaan rerata jumlah sel
osteosit yang signifikan pada kelompok perlakuan dengan gel ekstrak daun mobe 3%
(p<0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah gel ekstrak daun mobe 3% mampu
meningkatkan proliferasi osteoblas dan osteosit pada penyembuhan luka soket pasca
pencabutan gigi. | en_US | 
| dc.description.abstract | The process of socket wound healing after tooth extraction includes the healing
of soft tissue and hard tissue. Mobe (Artocarpus lakoocha Roxb.) has been widely used
by the public for wound healing. However, there has been no research on the effect of
mobe leaves on the healing of hard tissues especially osteoblasts and osteocytes. The
main objective of this study is to determine the effects of 3% mobe leaf extract gel on
the proliferation of osteoblasts and osteocytes in the healing of socket wound after tooth
extraction. This study is an experimental study with a post test only control group
research design. The samples were male Wistar rats (Rattus novergicus). The
mandibular left incisor of the rats was extracted using an artery clamp and 3% mobe
leaf extract gel was applied to socket wound. The microscopic healing of the socket
wound was observed on the on the 7th, 14th, and 28th day post extraction. The data were
analyzed using one-way ANOVA test and independent T test. The results of this study
showed that there was a significant difference in the mean number of osteoblasts in the
treatment group with 3% mobe leaf extract gel (p<0,05) and there was a significant
difference in the mean number of osteocytes in the treatment group with 3% mobe leaf
extract gel (p<0,05). The conclusion of this study was that 3% mobe leaf extract gel
was able to increase the proliferation of osteoblasts and osteocytes in the healing of
socket wound after tooth extraction. | en_US |
