Analisis Pengaruh Pengeluaran Pemerintah Daerah terdahap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Propinsi-Propinsi di Indonesia

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di setiap propinsi dan keselunihan propinsi di Indonesia dengan menggunakan data panel. Hasil penelitian untuk di setiap propinsi menunjukkan bahwa pengeluaran pembangunan memberikan penganth yang lebih besar dibandingkan pengeluaran rutin terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di masing-masing propinsi di Indonesia. Sementara untuk keseluruhan propinsi di Indonesia yang menggunakan data panel dilakukan uji Hausman untuk memilih model terbaik dalam metode General Least Square (GLS) dan hasil uji tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Fixed Effects Model (FEM) merupakan model yang terbaik dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil estimasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengeluaran rutin (GR) dan pengeluaran pembangunan (GP) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di keselunihan propinsi di Indonesia dengan tingkat kepercayaan 99 persen.

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of government expenditure on the economic growth in every province and the whole province in Indonesia by using data panel. The result of this research in every province shows that the expenditure for development give bigger impact on the economic growth than the routing expenditure in each province in Indonesia. Meanwhile for all the provinces in Indonesia which/that use the panel data use the Hausman Test to choose the best model in Generalized Least Square (GLS) method and the result of the test show that Fixed Effects Model (FEM) is the best model in this research. Base on this estimation the variable of routing expenditure (GR) and development expenditure (GP) give positive and significant influence statistically on the economic growth in all the provinces in Indonesia with 99 percent on validity.
