Pengaruh ISO 9001 : 2000 terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit “X” di Medan

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan suatu kebutuhan dasar manusia yang kompleks karena dipengaruhi banyak faktor. Salah satunya adalah eksistensi rumah sakit sebagai tempat penanggulangan penyakit dan pemeliharaan kondisi kesehatan. Rumah Sakit “X” adalah salah satu rumah sakit berstandar international, merupakan franchise dari rumah sakit dengan nama yang berpusat di Singapura dan telah memperoleh sertifikasi ISO 9001:2000. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ISO 9001:2000 khusus klausul 6 yaitu Sumber Daya Manusia, Infrastruktur dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap peningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan RS “X” dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan produktivitas kerja karyawan RS “X” sebelum dan sesudah sertifikasi ISO 9001-2000. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei, dengan penarikan sampel menggunakan Metode Probability Sampling, tekniknya meliputi Metode Alokasi Proporsional. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 232 karyawan meliputi karyawan Medis dan Non Medis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner menggunakan metode Likert's Summated Rating (LSR) disertai dengan wawancara dan observasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan model yang digunakan regresi linear berganda dan Uji beds untuk sampel berhubungan (t test paired sample) dengan perangkat lunak SPSS Ver 11.0 Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran bahwa responden memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penerapan ISO 9001:2000 (sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur dan lingkungan kerja) dan semua variabel yang diuji berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa pengaruh yang paling dominan untuk kedua kelompok karyawan ditemukan pada variabel (sumber daya manusia). Ditemukan ada perbedaan signifikan antara produktivitas kerja sebelum dan sesudah sertifikasi ISO 9001:2000.

Health is a complex basic human need, because influenced by many factor. One of them is the hospital existence as the facility for tackling the diseases and health care condition. The hospital “X” is one of the international standard hospital, which the franchise of the hospital with the name centered in Singapore and has get the certification of ISO 9001:2000. This research advantage is to know the influence of ISO 9001:2000 especially clause 6 is the Human Resources, Infrastructure and Work Environment for the increasing of employee works productivity of the Hospital "X" and to know the difference of employee works productivity of the Hospital "X" before and after ISO 9001:2000 certification. This research use method is survey method, that taking sample method by using the Probability Sampling Method, the technique covered the Proportional Allocation Method. The number of sample is 232 employees consist of the medical and non medical employee. The collecting of pooling data use the questioner with Likert's Summated Rating (LSR) method followed by the interview and observation. While the data analysis methods used is description analysis and the model used id, the multiple regressions linear and different test for test paired sample by using software SPSS Ver. 11.0. The research result obtained the illustration that the respondents give the positive respond to the implementation of ISO 9001:2000 (human resources, infrastructure and work environment) and the variable tested significantly influences employee work productivity. This research discovery gave the implication that the most dominant influences for both of the employment group discovered on the variable X1 (human resources). It has been discovered from the research that there is a significant difference among the work productivity before and after ISO 9001:2000 certification.
