dc.description.abstractOil palm has a high economic value, evaluation in moleculer level is needed to give first information in plant breeding program. The objective of this research to identification about genetic variance, fingerprinting marker and specific bands. Molecuer variance was used RAPD and SSR marker. The number of samples waere used 30, Microsoft Excel 2007, Gen Alex 3.0 and DARwin 6.0 were used. to analysis of the data The conclusions of this research showed that means of PIC were 0.349 for RAPD marker and 0.338 for SSR marker, fingerprinting markers were identification on FR-304 (120 bp) and OPC-12 (291 bp), specific bands were identification on OPI-20 (3053 bp) and FR-3693 (496 bp).en_US
dc.description.abstractKelapa sawit (E. guineensis) merupakan tanaman yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi, pengamatan tingkat molekuler perlu dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi awal pada program persilangan tanaman. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis keragaman genetik kelapa sawit dan primer yang dapat dijadikan sebagai marker hasil fingerprinting kelapa sawit (E. guineensis) Varietas DxP Unggul Socfindo. Analisis menggunakan marka RAPD dan SSR. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30, analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan softwere Microsoft Excel 2007, Gen Alex 3.0 dan DARwin 6.0. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa rataan nilai PIC marka RAPD sebesar 0.349 dan marka SSR sebesar 0.338, marker fingerprinting teridentifikasi pada FR-304 (120 bp) dan OPC-12 (291 bp), pita spesifik teridentifikasi pada OPI-20 (3053 bp) dan FR-3693 (496 bp.en_US
