    Perancangan Penetrometer Digital Berbasis Arduino Uno R3 sebagai Alat Uji Kekuatan Tanah

    Abstract
    Penetrometer digital adalah alat yang digunakan untuk menguji kekuatan tanah yang disebabkan karena adanya tahanan penetrasi pada tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menguji penetrometer digital berbasis Arduino Uno R3 sebagai alat uji kekuatan tanah dengan memanfaatkan tekanan maksimal sensor load cell yang berkekuatan 200 kg dan mengukur kedalaman secara analog pada lahan kering. Hasil dari penetrometer digital yang dibuat dan diuji adalah kalibrasi timbangan digital dengan sensor load cell memiliki hasil korelasi 0,998 dan kalibrasi penetrometer manual dengan timbangan digital yang memiliki hasil korelasi sama yaitu 1. Berdasarkan dari hasil uji kekuatan kalibrasi digital dapat ditentukan ketepatan dan ketelitian dari akurasi sensor load cell yaitu 98,35%. Penetrometer digital dapat menentukan perubahan sifat fisik dan sifat mekanik tanah yang dipengaruhi oleh tahanan penetrasi tanah, 10,69 kg/cm2, kadar air tanah, 38,89%, kerapatan massa tanah, 1,18 gr/cm3, kerapatan partikel tanah, 2,72 gr/cm3 dan porositas tanah 55,74%.
     
    Digital Penetrometer is a device to test the penetration of soil. The writer of this thesis eager to use the device to examine the resistance of penetration on soil. The aim of this research was to design and to test digital penetrometer based on Arduino Uno R3 as the device to test the soil penetration by using the maximum pressure 200 kg of load cell censor and to measure the depth of dry land analogously also.The results of the designed and tested digital penetrometer were the correlation of calibration balancing digital with load cell censor 0.998 and the correlation of calibration manual penetrometer with digital balancing was the same, 1. The conclusion can be taken from the above tested device that based on the digital calibration penetration test, the accuracy and the precise of load cell censor was 98.35%. Digital penetrometer can determine the changing of soil physically and mechanically. It was influenced by penetration resistance, 10.69 kg/cm2, water degree, 38.89%, dense mass, 1.18 gr/cm3 , dense particle, 2.72 gr/cm3 , and axis of soil, 55.74%.
