Tingkat Pengetahuan Anggota Kepolisian Sektor Kota Tebing Tinggi tentang Visum et Repertum pada Tahun 2021

Visum et R epe rtum is a valid ev idence in accordan ce with th e provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code art ic/e 18-1. Vis um el Rep er/um is on e of the most frequently requeste d by investigators lo do ctors regarding injuri es to Lh e human body suspecte d of a violent crim e. Methods : This research is a surv ey resea rch where th e research design is descriptiv e c ross sectional. The research population is members of the Tebing Tinggi Sector's police station. Th e sampling technique us ed is simple random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire and th e data obtained is processed us ing the SPSS program. Results : The aim of th e study was to determine the knowle dg e leve l of Tebing J'inggi sector's police officer abaoul Vi.mm et Rep er/um in 2021.

Visum et Repertum memiliki peran yang sangat pentin g dalam sebuah penegakan hukum dan kea dilan , akan tetapi angka dilakukannya Visum cl Repertum mulai menurun . Visum ct Rcpcrtum adalah suatu alat bukti ya ng sah sesuai dengan ya ng tertuan g dalam KUHAP pa sa l 184 . Vi s um et Repe1ium ini salah satu ya ng serin g diminta oleh penyidik terhadap dokter men yangkut perlukaan terhadap tubuh manu sia ya ng diduga adanya tindak pidana kekerasan . Metode : Pen elitian ini adalah penelitian survey dimana desain penelitian berbentuk deskriptif cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah anggota kepoli sian sektor kota Te bing T inggi . Te knik pe ngambilan sampel menggunakan s impl e random sampling. lntsrum en ya ng digunakan adalah kuesioner dan data ya ng diperoleh diolah menggunakan program SPSS.
