    Uji Berbagai Diameter Puli pada Alat Penggiling Tepung Tipe Disk Mill pada Komoditas Beras

    Abstract
    This research aims to determine the proper diameter of pulleys to produce rice flour with maximum production. This study used a non-factorial completely randomized design. The diameter of the pulleys used was 60 mm, 80 m and 100 mm. The parameters studied was the effective capacity, the yield, the percentage of losses. The results showed that the highest effective capacity was found at 80 mm diameter pulley was 38,10 kg/h and the lowest at 100 mm diameter was 9,67 kg/h, the highest milling yield contained at 60 mm diameter was 95.33% and the lowest at 100 mm diameter, was 89.67%, The highest percentage of losses material was found at 100 mm diameter was 5.67% and the lowest percentage at 60 mm diameter , which was 3.33%.
     
    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ukuran diameter puli yang tepat untuk menghasilkan tepung beras dengan produksi yang maksimum. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap non faktorial. Ukuran diameter puli yang digunakan adalah 60 mm, 80 m dan 100 mm. Parameter yang diteliti adalah kapasitas efektif alat, rendemen, persentase bahan tertinggal. Kapasitas efektif alat terbesar terdapat pada perlakuan puli berdiameter 80 mm yaitu 38,10 kg/jam dan terendah pada perlakuan berdiameter 100 mm yaitu 9,67 kg/jam, rendemen terbesar terdapat pada perlakuan berdiameter 60 mm yaitu 95,33% dan terendah terdapat pada perlakuan berdiameter 100 mm yaitu 89,67%, persentase bahan hilang terbesar terdapat pada perlakuan berdiameter 100 mm yaitu 5.67% dan persentase bahan hilang terendah terdapat pada perlakuan berdiameter 60 mm yaitu 3,33 %.
