    Pengaruh Elemen Fraud Pentagon terhadap Kecenderungan Perilaku Curang pada Pengemudi Transportasi Online Gojek di Kota Medan

    Abstract
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pressure, opportunity, rationalization, competence, arrogance terhadap kecenderungan berperilaku curang pada pengemudi Gojek. Populasi dalam penelitian merupakan seluruh driver Gojek di Kota Medan dengan jumlah sampel 378 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert, yaitu skala perilaku curang dan kelima elemen fraud pentagon. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif elemen fraud pentagon terhadap kecenderungan berperilaku curang dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 88,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi elemen fraud pentagon yang dimiliki driver maka semakin tinggi pula kecenderungannya untuk berperilaku curang.
     
    This study aims to, 1) examine the effect of pressure on the tendency of fraud behavior among Gojek drivers, 2) examine the effect of opportunity on the tendency of fraud behavior among Gojek drivers, 3) examine the effect of rationalization on the tendency of fraud behavior among Gojek drivers, 4) examine the effect of competence on the tendency of fraud behavior among Gojek drivers, 5) examine the effect of arrogance on the tendency of fraud behavior among Gojek drivers. This study used quantitative methods with data collection methods using a Likert scale, namely the fraudulent behavior scale and the five elements of the fraud pentagon. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the study showing that there is a positive influence of the fraud pentagon element on the tendency to behave fraudulently with an effective contribution of 88.2%. This result shows that the higher the fraud pentagon element owned by the driver, the higher the tendency to behave fraudulently.
